Abstract
本实用新型涉及医疗器械的范畴,是一种改进的输液器钢尖套管瓶塞穿刺器。该穿刺器由座子、外套管、内套管和钢尖组成,内外套管分别与座子的气体通道和液体通道接通,钢尖固定在外套管的顶端,进气和输液同时在外套管的侧孔完成。所以钢尖瓶塞穿刺器具有锋利、不落屑和成本低的特点。
Description
本实用新型涉及医疗器械的范畴，特别是一种钢尖套管瓶塞穿刺器。
输液器的瓶塞穿刺器的液体通道和气体通道一般是并列组成的塑料制品。这种穿刺器粗钝难将瓶塞刺穿。
为解决此问题，中国专利ZL9521915.4提出的单钢针输液器是用一支不锈钢针管作为气体通道和针尖。这种穿刺器虽然锋利，但其排气孔在针尖，穿刺时易引起瓶塞落屑，而且要用35-40mm的不锈钢针管作为气体通道成本较高。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的钢尖套管瓶塞穿刺器，它不但锋利而且能防止落屑和降低成要本。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：钢尖套管瓶塞穿刺器由座子、外套管、内套管和钢尖组成。外套管套在内套管外，内、外套管的下端分别与座子的气体通道和液体通道接通。钢尖从外套管的顶端插入和固定。利用钢尖的锋利刺穿药液瓶的瓶塞后，气体由气体通道进入从外套管的侧孔上方排入药液瓶，药液经侧孔下方进入液体通道后流入输液器的软管。
本实用新型的钢尖是直径0.7-1.2mm，长度8-12mm的不锈钢园锥体，不但锋利，而且所用的材料少、成本低，排气和进液在外套的侧孔完成，穿刺时避免落屑。
实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
图1是根据本实用新型提出的钢尖套管瓶塞穿刺器的剖面图。
下面结合图1详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体结构的细节及工作情况。
本实用新型包括一个外套主体(1)，主体内有一条内套管(2)，其下端与座子(3)的气体通道(4)接通，外套管(1)的下端与座子(3)的液体通道(5)接通，在外套管(1)的顶端内插入并固定一支钢尖(6)。
工作是时，钢尖(6)和外套管(1)插入药液瓶(图中未画出)内，气体经气体通道(4)进入内套管(2)经侧孔(7)的上方排入药液瓶，药液从侧孔(7)的下方进入外套管(1)内，经液体通道(5)进入输液器的软管(8)内。为防止药液将气体吸入液体通道(5)，侧孔的长度最好为4-12mm，内套管(2)的排气口(9)最好在侧孔(7)的中间与上沿之间。
Claims (3)
1、一种输液器的钢尖瓶塞穿刺器，该穿刺器的内套管(2)外套有外套管(1)，其特征在于在外套管(1)的顶端内插入并固定一支钢尖(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种钢尖套管瓶塞穿刺器，其特征是外套管(1)的管壁有侧孔(7)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的装置，其特征是侧孔(7)的长度为4-12mm。
