目前根据文献记载，还没有与此类似的鞋。有用类似此名称的鞋在结构上较复杂，制作模具繁琐，不具有冬暧夏凉的空调效果。
本实用新型的目的公开一种即有空调效果又有保健功能的鞋，其结构简单空着轻便。本实用新型的目的通过以下方案实现：
保健鞋包括鞋内底外底。外底在鞋外底模具部位开有若干个窝槽，即凹鞋槽，注入清凉剂，用高密度复合胶保护层密封。
鞋外底由特殊材料制成，即美观大方，又耐磨，耐磨强度是普通橡胶、塑料底的5倍数。其外底内侧直接带有的窝状槽和窝状槽里面的清凉剂，通过人行走时产生清爽凉快的感觉。特别是汗脚和有脚病的人，南北方闷热地区的人员穿用。
