在日常生活中，男士所穿内裤有紧身内裤、游泳裤、三角裤及中式内裤，这些内裤有一共同的不足之处，就是不是太紧，就是太松，裤衩太紧，男性生殖器被压得太紧，没有活动余地；像中式裤衩又太松，男性生殖器滑到一边，起不到保健按摩作用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种男士保健内裤，且穿着合体，在走路或活动时，对男性生殖器有一定按摩刺激作用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种男士保健内裤，由裤腰、裤体和前裆组成，其特征在于：在裤腰1内包有双排扁平松紧带，在裤体2与裤腿口4的两侧面缝有带弹性的三角块3，并且在前裆5内侧，衬垫有布纹较粗的织物6。
本实用新型与现有技术相比：该男士保健内裤大小适合，松紧适度，由于前裆垫有较粗布纹，前裆对男士生殖器官有一定的按摩和适度的刺激，促进人体精神振奋，对有阳痿、早泄，老年人及性功能衰退者有辅助治疗作用，甚至可以痊愈，给人注以青春活力，增加肌体免疫功能，使老年人返老还童。
