本实用新型是一种离心式节能制冷装置,由压缩机、倒U型管、换热器、弯管、水冷凝器、制冷剂流量控制室、管发器依次联接而成。其优点是:充分利用余热、节约能源、设备投资小、运行管理费用低,对宾馆、饭店、医院等有良好的运用前景。

离心式节能制冷装置
本实用新型属于制冷领域,特别是一种能充分利用余热的离心式节能制冷装置。
现有的离心式制冷装置,如图1所示,离心式制冷装置由排气导管2将压缩机1、水冷凝器4和蒸发器5等部件连接而成。该装置在制冷时有很大一部分热量排放到大气中,白白的浪费掉,所以现有的离心式制冷装置不能满足人们对生活热水的需求,同时,现有制冷装置中,其压缩机的排气口位于左下角,排气口的这一位置,使得无法在现有制冷装置上加装换热设备,也就无法实现余热的充分利用。
本实用新型的目的是为了在原有制冷装置上方便易行地实现加装换热设备而设计一种新型的离心式节能制冷装置。
本实用新型是按如下方式来实现的:
所述离心式节能制冷装置由压缩机、排气导管、水冷凝器、蒸发器、制冷剂流量控制室组成,压缩机与蒸发器相联,蒸发器通过制冷剂流量控制室与水冷凝器相联,其特征在于:设于压缩机外围的排气导管应绕至压缩机上部边缘处,其管口向上,该管口与倒U形管的一端相联,在压缩机上设有支撑座,支撑座上固定一弯管,倒U形管的另一端与弯管之间联接有换热器,弯管的另一端与水冷凝器相联。所述换热器可以是管壳式换热器,也可以是板式换热器。
本实用新型的积极效果是:实现余热的充分利用、节约能源、减少环境污染、投资小、管理费用底。对宾馆、酒店、医院等场所具有良好的运用前景。

图2中,排气导管2的管口位于压缩1的右上角,压缩机1与蒸发器相联,压缩机1通过排气导管2和倒U形管9与换热器3相联,压缩机1上设有支撑座8,支撑座8上固接弯管7,换热器3通过弯管7与水冷凝器4相联,水冷凝器4通过制冷剂流量控制室6与蒸发器5相联。

1、一种离心式节能制冷装置,由压缩机、排气导管、水冷凝器、蒸发器、制冷流量控制室组成,压缩机与蒸发器相联,蒸发器通过制冷剂流量控制室与水冷凝器相联,其特征在于:设于压缩机外围的排气导管应绕至压缩机上部边缘处,使其管口向上,该管口与倒U形管相联,在压缩机上设有支撑座,支撑座上固定一弯管,倒U形管与弯管之间联结有换热器,弯管的另一端与水冷凝器相联。
2、根据权利要求1所述的离心式节能制冷装置,其特征在于所述的换热器可以是管壳式换热器,也可以是板式换热器。
