本实用新型公开了一种负离子保暖内衣材料,包括面料层、中间层和内层,其中,中间层与面料层及内层通过交织连结,面料层和内层为负离子纤维和天然纤维混纺的纺织品,中间层为负离子纤维。本实用新型的负离子保暖内衣材料,制成服装后穿着时不仅保暖性能优良,而且比较轻薄,并且由于采用的负离子纤维具有去除异味,给人体周围散发清新的空气的功能,从而达到保健功效。
Description
本实用新型是关于一种针织内衣的面料，特别是关于一种能产生负离子的保暖内衣材料。
保暖材料制成的内衣是人们用来御寒的一种服装，在冬天服装是否保暖和穿着舒适美观，是它的三个要点。保暖材料轻薄的特点是人们穿着后不显得臃肿，所以才能体现出着装的美观。
现有的针织内衣服装，大多数是由单层织物和多层织物复合而制成，单层织物制成的内衣，虽然穿着比较舒适但是其保暖性较差。而多层织物复合制成的内衣，一般因其中间层使用了塑料薄膜，尽管能够保暖，但其透气和导湿性较差，更重要的是这种内衣有较难闻的异味，从而不利于人体健康。
在中国专利CN-98223779中公开了一种导温保暖复合棉料，其包括两层絮棉体、针刺薄膜和粘胶层，尽管其可能在保暖性、实用性上较以前产品有极大的提高，但是由于其具有塑料薄膜，因此，穿着的舒适性就存在不足。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种有极好保暧性，并且材质非常轻薄，穿着舒适美观和具有抗菌保健功能特别是能产生负离子的负离子保暖内衣材料。
本实用新型的这个和其它目的将通过下列详细描述来进一步体现的。
在本实用新型中，负离子保暖内衣材料包括面料层、中间层和内层，其中，中间层与面料层及内层通过交织连结，面料层和内层为负离子纤维和天然纤维混纺的纺织品，中间层为负离子纤维。
进一步的，本实用新型的负离子保暖内衣材料，所述的负离子纤维由天然矿石与纤维材料组成，其中，天然矿石混在合成纤维材料中，并均匀分布；在面料层的上面和／或纤维之间还可有抗菌、防螨、杀虫的化合物，在内层的上面和／或纤维之间也可有抗菌、防螨、杀虫的化合物。
本实用新型的负离子保暖内衣材料，制成服装后穿着时不仅保暖性能优良，而且比较轻薄，配合人们的外衣着装比较容易，从而解决了当代人们追求美的一种时尚，而且由于采用的负离子纤维具有去除异味，给人体周围散发清新的空气的功能，从而达到保健功效，并且还有抗菌、防螨、杀虫作用，非常符合现代人的保健和追求健康的心态。

在附图中，符号1代表面料层、符号2代表中间层、符号3代表内层，符号4代表药物层。
参考图1，本实用新型的负离子保暖内衣材料，包括面料层1、中间层2和内层3，其中，中间层2与面料层1及内层3通过交织连结，面料层1和内层3为负离子纤维和天然纤维混纺的纺织品，中间层2为负离子纤维。
进一步的，在本实用新型的负离子保暖内衣材料中，所述的负离子纤维由天然矿石与纤维材料组成，其中，天然矿石混在合成纤维材料中，并均匀分布。
参考图2，本实用新型的负离子保暖内衣材料，包括药物层4、面料层1、中间层2、内层3和药物层4，其中，中间层2与面料层1及内层3通过交织连结，面料层1和内层3为负离子纤维和天然纤维混纺的纺织品，中间层2为负离子纤维，在面料层1的上面有药物层4，在内层3的里面也有药物层4，所述的药物层4由抗菌、防螨、杀虫的化合物与粘合剂组成。
本实用新型的负离子纤维是将天然矿石粉材料溶入纤维材料中，这种纤维材料是涤纶或丙纶，然后同天然纤维包括棉纤维混纺成纱线，纱线为10～80s纱线，组成双层的面料层；中间层是完全采用负离子纤维的高弹长丝和面料层交叉织造，这种薄型的针织内衣面料一般为50～580克／米2。由于面料层的混纺纱线中的负离子纤维和中间层的纯负离子纤维互相交缠会产生细微的摩擦，将产生2．5×103个／厘米3的负离子浓度，因此本实用新型的织物是给人以回归大自然气息的卫生健康面料。

1、一种负离子保暖内衣材料，其特征在于包括面料层、中间层和内层，其中，中间层与面料层及内层通过交织连结，面料层和内层为负离子纤维和天然纤维混纺的纺织品，中间层为负离子纤维。
2、如权利要求1所述的负离子保暖内衣材料，其特征在于所述的负离子纤维由天然矿石与纤维材料组成，其中，天然矿石混在合成纤维材料中，并均匀分布。
3、如权利要求1所述的负离子保暖内衣材料，其特征在于在面料层的上面和／或纤维之间有抗菌、防螨、杀虫的化合物。
4、如权利要求1所述的负离子保暖内衣材料，其特征在于在内层的上面和／或纤维之间有抗菌、防螨、杀虫的化合物。
5、如权利要求1～4所述的负离子保暖内衣材料，其特征在于包括药物层、面料层、中间层、内层和药物层，其中，中间层与面料层及内层通过交织连结，面料层和内层为负离子纤维和天然纤维混纺的纺织品，中间层为负离子纤维，在面料层的上面有药物层，在内层的里面也有药物层。
6、如权利要求5所述的负离子保暖内衣材料，其特征在于所述的药物层为抗菌、防螨、杀虫的化合物与粘合剂组成。
