Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种横流式冷却塔的风机组,它包括风机、减速装置、风叶、风机架,电机及减速装置安装在冷却塔塔体底部,外罩有挡水罩,传动轴一端通过万向节与减速装置连接,另一端通过万向节与风叶相连,风叶固定在位于塔体顶部的风机架上。本实用新型降低了冷却塔的重心,提高了稳定性,同时降低了噪音外传强度,而且安装、维修更加方便、安全。

Description

一种横流式冷却塔风机组
本实用新型涉及一种安装在横流式冷却塔内的风机组。
现有横流式冷却塔的风机组采用顶置方式,如图1所示,该冷却塔包括壳体1、填料2、水盘4、塔体3,塔体3顶部出风口固定有风机架5,电机7及与之相连的减速装置6固定在风机架5上。上述结构形式使得风机组布置在塔体顶部,塔体重心高,稳定性差,风机运转时振动大,机械噪音直接传至塔外,而且由于出风口环境十分湿热,严重影响电机使用寿命,风机组顶置还会使得安装、维修既不方便又不安全。
本实用新型的目的是给出一种能降低塔体重心,提高稳定性,减轻振动及噪音,隔离电机与湿热环境,而且维修、安装十分方便、安全的横流式冷却塔风机组。
本实用新型包括电机、减速装置、风叶、风机架,电机及减速装置安装在冷却塔塔体底部,外罩有挡水罩,传动轴一端通过万向节与减速装置连接,另一端通过另一个万向节与风叶相连,风叶固定在位于塔体顶部的风机架上。
本实用新型的电机及减速装置安装在塔体底部并外罩挡水罩,一方面降低了整个塔体重心,提高了稳定性,减轻了振动,而且电机等运转时产生的噪音大部分在塔体内被吸收,减低了外传噪音量,另一方面挡水罩能有效隔离电机及塔体内的湿热环境,能有效延长电机工作寿命。本实用新型中电机及减速装置的安装、维修均无须在塔顶进行,既方便又安全。本实用新型的风叶与电机分开安装,只有风叶安装在塔体顶部风机架上,降低了对风机架强度的要求。

如图2所示,本实用新型包括电机7、减速装置6、风叶11、风机架5,电机7及减速装置6安装在冷却塔塔体3底部,外罩有挡水罩10,传动轴9一端通过万向节8与减速装置6连接,另一端通过另一个万向节8’与风叶11相连,风叶11固定在位于塔体3顶部的风机架5上。

1、一种横流式冷却塔的风机组,包括电机(7)、减速装置(6)、风叶(11)、风机架(5),其特征在于:电机(7)及减速装置(6)安装在冷却塔塔体(3)底部,外罩有挡水罩(10),传动轴(9)一端通过万向节(8)与减速装置(6)连接,另一端通过另一个万向节(8’)与风叶(11)相连,风叶(11)固定在位于塔体(3)顶部的风机架(5)上。
