厨房卫生间脱卸式止回阀
本实用新型涉及厨房或卫生间等处使用的装置，是一种脱排风装置，具体地说，是一种厨房卫生间脱卸式止回阀装置。
随着人民生活水平的日益提高，一般家庭和单位所使用的脱排风设备也日益增多，而与之相配套的进出风接口及烟道装置也不断有新产品推出。目前，国家推广使用的有两种产品，一种是变压式，主要缺点是体积大；第二种是止回式，虽然止回式克服了体积大的缺点。但阀门使用一段时间粘上油污后，阀门开启不灵活，要进行清洗，此时就需卸下全部螺丝及油烟机管道，现在也有使用过滤网的，但又需经常购买网布进行更换，排放也不通畅，并且在使用时阀门打开又会占用烟气道空间。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种体积小、重量轻、阀门部分脱卸安装清洗方便、经久耐用的厨房卫生间脱卸式止回阀。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种厨房卫生间脱卸式止回阀，有外壳，外壳一侧有进风口，另一侧有出风口，其特征在于：在外壳上开有插入口，插入口中插有插入组件，插入组件中装有单片式止回阀。
本实用新型中所述的插入组件中装有的单片式止回阀包括：单片状阀门体合件，单片状阀门体合件的中上部由销轴装于插入组件边框上，在与单片状阀门体合件相对应的插入组件边框的内壁位置上有定位突起。插入组件边框的内壁位置上的定位突起为内壁上的环形凸缘。当然，也可以采用其他合适的结构形式。
本实用新型的优点是：和垂直排烟气管道配套使用，具有占地面积小、重量轻、止逆效果好、清洗方便、无后顾之忧、经久耐用、并且分层负载、安装方便等优点。

附图描述了本实用新型的一个实施例。在该例中，有一个采用不锈钢(或其他合适的材料)制成的外壳1，外壳1一侧有进风口2，另一侧有出风口3，在外壳1上开有插入口，插入口中插有插入组件4，插入组件4中装有单片式止回阀。插入组件中装有的单片式止回阀包括：单片状阀门体合件10(包括圆片状阀片11、阀片11下端的配重及挡风片12)，单片状阀门体合件10的中上部由销轴5装于插入组件4边框上，在与单片状阀门体合件10相对应的插入组件4边框的内壁位置上有定位突起6。插入组件4边框的内壁位置上的定位6突起为内壁上的环形凸缘。
上述实施例在使用过程中，当发现阀门不灵活时(一般一年1-2次)可方便地进行清洗，而不需要拆卸任何部件，只需轻轻抽取插入组件进行清洗，清洗好后再插上即可，并且在使用时阀门开启在止回阀的壳体内，不占用烟道空间，这样可进一步缩小烟道尺寸。

1、一种厨房卫生间脱卸式止回阀，有外壳，外壳一侧有进风口，另一侧有出风口，其特征在于：在外壳上开有插入口，插入口中插有插入组件，插入组件中装有单片式止回阀。
2、根据权利要求1所述的厨房卫生间脱卸式止回阀，其特征在于：插入组件中装有的单片式止回阀包括：单片状阀门体合件，单片状阀门体合件的中上部由销轴装于插入组件边框上，在与单片状阀门体合件相对应的插入组件边框的内壁位置上有定位突起。
3、根据权利要求2所述的厨房卫生间脱卸式止回阀，其特征在于：插入组件边框的内壁位置上的定位突起为内壁上的环形凸缘。
