建设工程中作增强用的一种土工布,它由土工布、增强网格、绞线组成;所述的土工布与增强网格通过绞线缠织成片状整体,由于增强网格由玻纤长丝制成,从而提高了土工布的抗拉强度,由于增强网格由至少一组经线、纬线组成,从而可根据不同工程设计要求进行增强。

玻纤复合土工布
本实用新型涉及建设工程中作增强用的一种土工布。
经检索有关文献,目前尚未检索到与本实用新型结构相同的玻纤复合土工布。现有国内使用的土工布一般采用涤纶纤维与尼龙网纱或聚乙烯网相复合的方式制配成复合土工布,由于其抗拉强度较低,加至延伸率较高,所以很难满足高标准堤坝加筋的要求。我国专利,申请号为:“92229852”名称为:“加筋无纺土工布”公开了一种在两层涤纶纤维的中间夹有一层尼龙网纱制成的基布经针刺缠结成的加筋无纺土工布,该专利虽然在降低造价、减轻重量上起到了积极的作用,但也由于其采用的材料具有较大的延伸率,所以也很难满足高标准堤坝加筋的要求。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种采用玻璃纤维长丝与土工布相结合,经编织后具有抗拉强度高,延伸率低的一种玻纤复合土工布。
本实用新型的技术特征在于:在考虑增强效果可靠的基础上设计成由土工布、增强网格、绞线组成的玻纤复合土工布;所述的土工布与增强网格通过绞线缠织成片状整体;所述的增强网格由玻璃纤维长丝制成。
所述的增强网格为由至少一组经线、纬线组成的网格。
使用时,先将已有堤坝基础压实,再将具有增强网格的一侧面朝下与已有堤坝基础接触并加以固定,再在本实用新型的上方加压土方或衬垫料石以及石块料,从而达到对堤坝的加筋增强。
本实用新型的优点是:由于设有增强网格,从而对土工布不仅起到增强的目的同时还起到承载过滤及隔离的作用;由于增强网格由至少一组经线、纬线组成,从而可根据不同的工程要求选择经线、纬线组数的多少,以满足工程的设计要求;由于土工布不仅具有增强的作用,同时还能对泥土起到过滤、隔离的作用,所以避免了泥土流失,使堤坝更加稳固;由于结构简单、使用方便,所以有着很大的实用和推广前景。
以下将结合附图说明本实用新型的实施例:
附图1是本实用新型玻纤复合土工布的结构示意图;
附图2是玻纤复合土工布对堤坝进行增强时的结构示意图;
参照附图1,本实用新型由土工布1、增强网格2、绞线3组成,土工布1可采用涤纶、维纶、丙纶纤维制作而成,本实用新型选用丙纶纤维无纺布作为土工布。增强网格2采用玻璃纤维长丝制成,本实用新型采用两组经线4、纬线5,在每组经线4、纬线5上分别通过绞线3将土工布1与增强网格2缠织成片状整体。
参照附图2,在坝基6上整体铺覆有本实用新型,使具有增强网格2的一面与坝基6相接触;在坝基6的上、下沿分别筑成凹沟7、凹沟8,其目的是为了拉紧本实用新型,再在本实用新型的上方铺覆上泥石块料,以此围挡住积水。

1、一种玻纤复合土工布,它由土工布[1]、增强网格[2]、绞线3组成,其特征在于:所述的土工布[1]与增强网格[2]通过绞线[3]缠织成片状整体;所述的增强网格[2]由玻璃纤维长丝制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玻纤复合土工布,其特征在于:所述的增强网格[2]为由至少一组经线[4]、纬线[5]组成的网格。
