Abstract

本实用新型涉及螺旋藻光导系统养殖装置,是属轻工类产品,由透明顶罩和输光管、反射镜及稳定附件组成,借助光导系统将日光输送至螺旋藻养殖池的深处,使深处的螺旋藻能接受更多的光照,获得更充分的光合作用,从而生产出高蛋白螺旋藻。此装置投资少、设计合理,为养殖高营养螺旋提供了新方法。

螺旋藻光导系统养殖装置
本实用新型为螺旋藻的养殖装置,属轻工类产品。
目前,在螺旋藻的养殖过程中,由于藻液的蓝绿色减弱了目光对养殖池深处的照射,螺旋藻不能产生更充分的光合作用,影响了螺旋藻的高蛋白合成。
专利申请89206105.7提供了一种螺旋藻闭式流水线繁育装置,该装置将螺旋藻营养液置于透明塑膜管内,在一定程度上提高了螺旋藻获得的光照量,但由于塑膜管的容积有限,制约了螺旋藻的培殖总量,同时,其成本也难以控制。
本实用新型针对现存养殖方法的缺陷,采用光导系统来解决问题,光导系统可将日光输送至养殖池深处,使深处的螺旋藻获得更多的光照,从而生产出更多的高蛋白螺旋藻。
本实用新型是通过以下方式实现的:
该装置由(1)透明顶罩、(2)输光管、(3)反射镜、(4)稳定附件组成,(5)日光。
使用时,将装置置于养殖池藻液中,日光(5)透过透明顶罩(1),经反射镜(3)反射,由输光管(2)输送至养殖池深处,稳定附件(4)起着稳定整个装置的作用。
本实用新型与现有装置相比具有如下优点:
投资少、设计合理、为螺旋藻提供了充足的光照。

实施例:透明顶罩由透明有机玻璃制成,罩在输光管的顶端,输光管为塑膜管,在输光管的拐角处内置反射镜,日光经第一拐角处反射镜反射至下一个拐角处的反射镜,依次反射下去,直至从输光管的下端口传输至养殖池的深处。

1、螺旋藻光导系统养殖装置,其特征在于:该装置由透明顶罩和输光管、反射镜及稳定附件组成,透明顶罩置于输光管的顶端,反射镜置于输光管内拐弯处,稳定附件置于输光管管壁上。
