一种能够节约木材,使用手感好,美观、易削的新型纸杆节能铅笔,它是把铅笔芯用纸一层层的卷起来,再加一层包装纸卷制成的铅笔。
Description
本实用新型是一种把纸卷在铅笔芯上卷制而成铅笔。
目前公知的铅笔是由铅笔芯，木质铅笔杆组成，其中，木质铅笔杆一分两半，中间刻槽，把铅笔芯放在槽中，然后用粘合剂粘合起来，这种铅笔需要大量的木材，造成能源的浪费。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型纸杆铅笔，能够节约木材，节省能源。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，把回收的纸进行消毒、整平、裁剪后，用粘合剂为粘合材料把纸卷在铅笔芯上，成为铅笔杆，其长度与直径不受限制。然后再卷一层印刷了商标、型号的彩色包装纸，成为成品。
采用上述方案制成的铅笔，节约了木材，对纸的使用达到二次利用，节约了能源，保护了环境；用纸卷的铅笔，质地柔软，使用时手感好，削铅笔时，特别好削，不同于木质铅笔受木材纹理的影响；铅笔更漂亮，最外一层包装纸可以为任何图案，易于加工印刷。
