一种微电脑自适应供暖节能调温计量装置,其特征是在室内装有由步进电机驱动的阀门、测温元件,它们分别与微电脑的输出端、输入端连接,以调节室温,微电脑还通过其它的输入端分别与装在户内的流量检测表、测水温元件连接,以计量用热量;本实用新型的优点是智能化自适应室内外环境及管道暖气片和水压流量的变化,而调整室温至设定值并保持恒温;同时调节一户内多个居室的温度;计量耗热量并显示;操作简单。

微电脑自适应供暖节能调温计量装置
本实用新型涉及一种微电脑控制的智能自适应供暖节能调温计量装置;
现有的供暖装置除了作为热源的锅炉之外,还有输水或输气管路、放在各居室的暖气片、装在管路上的阀门。用这种装置供暖的缺点是:1.室内调温时,有的通过开窗关窗来调节,这样大量热量进入室外环境,浪费了大量能源,并污染了环境,而且室内温度波动大易致感冒,使用也十分不方便;也有人用装在暖气片入水(气)端的水(气)阀来调温,热了就手动关一下阀门,冷了就开阀门,需反复调整,也不方便,且浪费时间和热量;2.由于耗热量与调节室温密切相关,现有计量耗热量的表只能被动计量热用量,而不能自动调节室温以达到节能目的。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种微电脑自适应供暖节能调温计量装置,它能弥补现有装置的上述不足。
一种微电脑自适应供暖节能调温计量装置,包括放在居室内的暖气片、通往居室的管路、阀门,其特征是所述的阀门由步进电机驱动,该步进电机与微电脑的输出端连接,居室内装有测室温元件,并与微电脑的输入端连接。
本实用新型的优点是1智能化自适应室外环境(如气温、风力)与室内环境(大小、朝向、结构等)及管道、暖气片(如管径、片数、结构等)的变化,自适应(由于阀门开度变化等引起的)水压流量的变化,而自适应调整室温至设定值并保持恒温;2可以设置时间,到时自动开始供热,或到时自动关闭供热,并进入自适应调温状态;3能同时调节一户或多户内多个居室的温度并保持恒温;4能同时计量一户或多户的耗热量并显示。
下面通过实施例和附图说明本实用新型。
附图为本实用新型的结构示意图。
本实施例用于一户两室,在管路1上装有流量检测表2、在管路入口及出口附近分别装有测水(气)温元件3、4,并分别与微电脑5的输入端连接,以计量一户的用热量,在各居室(图中用虚框线表示)内分别装有测室温元件7、9,在暖气片10入水(气)端装有由步进电机驱动的阀门6、8,各步进电机分别与微电脑5的输出端连接,各测室温元件7、9分别与微电脑5的输入端连接,以调节各室温;
操作时,由微电脑控制板的选择键选择目标户或目标室,由设置键(+/-键)设置相应室内的目标温度,按运行键则自适应调节室温;由选择键选择开或关时间,由设置键(+/-键)设置时间,按运行键则定时关供热,定时开供热,并进入自适应调温状态;按动显示键则循环显示各户用热量及各居室温度。

Claims (2)

1一种微电脑自适应供暖节能调温计量装置,包括放在居室内的暖气片(10)、通往居室的管路(1),阀门(6)、(8),其特征是所述的阀门(6)、(8)由步进电机驱动,该步进电机与微电脑(5)的输出端连接,居室内装有测室温元件(7)、(9),并与微电脑(5)的输入端连接。
2如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是所述的管路(1)上装有流量检测表(2)、在管路(1)入口及出口附近分别装有测水温元件(3)、(4),分别与微电脑(5)的输入端连接。
