Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种彩色喷墨打印机用PVC背喷透明胶片,由PVC透明胶片构成,其特征是:在PVC透明胶片的表面设有一层能够速干吸收彩色喷墨打印墨水的透明复合层。上述构成的新型彩色喷墨材料,可使彩色喷墨打印机直接打印彩色图文,且能达到色彩还原准确,清晰度高。实现了数字化无版印卡及制卡全过程无有害气体挥发,无有害溶剂排放的环保制卡技术。
Description
本实用新型涉及PVC彩照制卡领域，特别是一种彩色喷墨打印用PVC背喷透明胶片。
目前国内外用于彩色喷墨打印的基材，主要是将彩色墨水固墨涂层涂布在纸、合成纸、三醋酸片基、聚脂片基(涤纶片基上)，应用于打印彩色相片、文稿、广告、幻灯片等领域。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种采用彩色喷墨打印方式，将所需制作图文效果直接反向打印在PVC护膜基片上，制出色彩还原准确，清晰度指标高的彩色喷墨打印用PVC背喷透明胶片。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方案实现的，由PVC透明胶片构成，解决方案在于在PVC透明胶片的表面设有一层能够速干吸收彩色喷墨打印墨水的透明复合层。
本实用新型与现有技术比：由于该产品在生产技术环节上把传统式印刷PVC卡从印前出菲林、制PS版、胶印、丝印等繁琐制作程序中解放出来，实现了数字化无版印卡及制卡全过程无有害气体挥发，无有害溶剂排放的环保制卡技术。从而使该胶片在制作效果上能达到色彩还原准确，清晰度指标高。不仅可表现出胶印、丝印效果，而且精度可与其相媲美。同时具有制卡成本低，操作简便，印刷数量不受限制，适用于全球信息影像网络制作要求。
下面结合附图对本实用新型加以说明：
图1为本实用新型的结构示意图。
如图1所示：该透明胶片由PVC透明胶片1和透明复合层2构成，其中PVC透明胶片1由聚氯乙烯材料构成，透明复合层2设在透明胶片1的表面，它能够速于吸收彩色喷墨打印墨水。上述两者共同构成了一和适用于彩色喷墨打印机直接打印图文的新型彩色喷墨材料。
具体的实施方案是：将计算机数字化处理的印刷版式用喷墨打印机，将喷墨墨水反向打印在PVC透明胶片涂有复合层2的一面，然后再把打印后的PVC透明胶片涂层面面向PVC白色基片。材料叠放，经过热压层合，裁切出带有彩色图文效果的证卡或彩色照片。

1、一种彩色喷墨打印用PVC背喷透明胶片，由PVC透明胶片(1)构成，其特征在于：在PVC透明胶片(1)的表面设有一层能够速干吸收彩色喷墨打印墨水的透明复合层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的彩色喷墨打印用PVC背喷透明胶片，其特征在于：PVC透明胶片(1)由聚氯乙烯材料构成。
