本实用新型涉及一种给水管配件,特别是一种塑料合金弯头管件。
目前人们普遍使用的给水管配件均为镀锌水管,它是采用钢铁铸造,易氧化,生锈,管水积待数日会产生锈水,污染水质,影响饮水者的身体健康。在钢管连接加工攻丝时需用机油润滑和麻丝油漆密封,直接污染管液,此外管口的连接处易锈死,拆卸维修困难,管件还需除锈油漆。用ABS塑料合金制造的管材是不能现场攻丝的,因ABS塑料合金为链状分子结构,当表面受到划沟,在划沟处用力即顺沟断脱。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装方便,卫生洁净、能现场攻丝加工的塑料合金弯头管件。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下途径实现的:塑料合金弯头管件的两端管口处开有内螺纹,管口一端与管口另一端成钝角,在管口两端外壁上有加强筋,在螺纹上涂有一层增固愈合剂。
本实用新型塑料合金弯头管件采用ABS改性树脂型无毒工程塑料挤塑而成,耐酸腐蚀,永不生锈,能保持水质卫生,在管口处开有螺纹后,涂有一层增固愈合剂能使螺纹溶结固化恢复ABS原始的优良机械理化特性,增固愈合。

如图1所示,本实用新型塑料合金弯头管件是由ABS改性树脂型工程塑料挤塑而成,塑料合金弯头管件在两端管口处开有内螺纹1,一端管口与另一端管口成钝角2,在管口两端外壁上有加强筋3,并在螺纹上涂有一层增固愈合剂4。增固愈合剂4是由ABS原料加乙醇和香蕉水配制而成。在塑料合金弯头管件的内螺纹1上涂刷该剂,能修复受损部件,能恢复ABS原始优良机械理化特性,简化了施工方法,省时省力,降低了工程造价。
