Abstract

横机挑花板,是由板和若干针构成,在板的二个端头分别有若干个插孔均匀排列成一列,针可插入这些插孔中,在板的端面上,对应于插孔,有若干个螺孔均匀排列成一行或二行,螺孔与针的插孔垂直贯通,针使用螺钉固定在插孔中。在板的另一端面,对应于插孔,设有一开口的凹槽。由于针是插入式的,并使用螺钉固定,断针时只需更换针即可,开口的凹槽可方便取下断针的针尾部分。

横机挑花板
本实用新型涉及一种在横机中使用的横机挑花板。
目前，企业在生产中使用的横机挑花板是一个整体结构，这种横机挑花板的板和针使用焊锡焊接在一起。在实际使用中针容易断，由于无法更换而导致整个横机挑花板报废。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的问题，提出一种在针断时，可方便换针的横机挑花板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，本实用新型的横机挑花板是由板和若干针构成，板呈长方形，针呈细长形，其头部有细孔，在板的二个端头分别有若干个插孔均匀排列成一列，针可插入这些插孔中，在板的端面上，对应于插孔，有若干个螺孔均匀排列成一行，螺孔与针的插孔垂直贯通，针使用螺钉固定在插孔中。在板的另一端面，对应于插孔，设有一开口的凹槽；板的中间可以做成内凹的圆弧形；板的端面上的螺孔可均匀排列成二行，并与针的插孔垂直贯通。
本实用新型的横机挑花板由于针是插入式的，并使用螺钉固定，断针时只需更换针即可，开口的凹槽可方便取下断针的针尾部分。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的横机挑花板是由板1和7个针5构成，板1是一个中间做成内凹圆弧形的长方形，针5呈细长形，其头部有细孔，在板1的二个端头分别有7个插孔3均匀排列成一列，针5可插入这些插孔3中，在板1的端面上，对应于插孔3，有7个螺孔6均匀排列成一行，螺孔6与针5的插孔3垂直贯通，针5使用螺钉4固定在插孔3中，在板1的另一端面，对应于插孔3，设有一开口的凹槽2。

1、一种横机挑花板是由板(1)和若干针(5)构成，板(1)呈长方形，针(5)呈细长形，其头部有细孔，其特征在于在板(1)的二个端头分别有若干个插孔(3)均匀排列成一列，针(5)插入这些插孔(3)中，在板(1)的端面上，对应于插孔(3)，有若干个螺孔(6)均匀排列成一行，螺孔(6)与针(5)的插孔(3)垂直贯通，针(5)使用螺钉(4)固定在插孔(3)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种横机挑花板，其特征在于在板(1)的另一端面，对应于插孔(3)，设有一开口的凹槽(2)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种横机挑花板，其特征在于板(1)的中间做成内凹的圆弧形。
