本实用新型涉及一种肿瘤患者化疗用的药盒导管。它为在动脉留置导管的头端设有一去端孔,距离去端孔3~4cm处还设有许多侧孔,导管另一端与药盒相连接。该产品可较深地留置在靶血管,导管头端移位或脱出靶血管的可能性大大减少,某些特殊部位实体瘤化疗应用本产品可使药物经多个供血血管到达肿瘤,提高化疗的疗效。

多侧孔介入化疗药盒导管
本实用新型涉及一种肿瘤患者化疗用的药盒导管。
晚期肿瘤患者、手术和放射治疗后肿瘤复发患者是临床治疗中非常棘手的问题。应用动脉药盒导管系统对晚期和复发性实体瘤进行化疗灌注或栓塞,可取得比全身静脉化疗和常规动脉插管介入治疗更好的疗效,应用介入技术可将化疗导管准确定位放置在肿瘤供血靶血管,同时药盒可以安全的埋植于腹股沟区或锁骨下区皮下。药盒导管系统一次植入即可反复使用,克服了常规介入化疗需反复插管的缺点,可为病人节约大量医疗费用,具有良好的社会和经济效益及临床应用前景。
目前临床所使用的药盒导管其留置导管均为头端单一开口,留置管植入的深度受到限制,若靶血管太短或术后病人过度活动、呼吸时隔肌运动等可能使导管头端移位或脱出靶血管,而使药盒导管不能使用;某些部位肿瘤属多血管供血,应用单一开口的动脉留置导管可能使化疗药物不能达到一些肿瘤供血血管从而影响疗效。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种价格低廉、明显提高化疗疗效的多侧孔介入化疗药盒导管。
本实用新型是这样实现的,在动脉留置导管的头端设有一去端孔,距离去端孔3~4cm处还设有许多侧孔,导管另一端与药盒相连接。
本实用新型的头端可较深地留置在靶血管,导管头端移位或脱出靶血管的可能性大大减少,对于一些肿瘤血管较短者更为实用;某些特殊部位实体瘤化疗应用本实用新型可使药物经多个供血血管到达肿瘤,提高化疗的疗效。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作详细描述。
图1为本实用新型之结构示意图。
参阅图1所示,在一动脉留置导管(1)的头端设有一去端孔(2),距离去端孔3~4cm处还设有许多侧孔(4),并可根据病人的实际需要,用剪短的方法调节侧孔的数量,导管(1)的另一端与药盒(3)相连接。

1.一种多侧孔介入化疗药盒导管,其特征为:在动脉留置导管的头端设有一去端孔,距离去端孔3~4cm处还设有许多侧孔,导管另一端与药盒相连接。
