本实用新型为一种安全焊接帽,属于劳动保护用具。本安全焊接帽是由安全帽和防护面罩构成,安全帽的前下沿装有联接板,上面装有联接件,用来联接防护面罩,防护面罩前面装有可翻起来的焊接护目镜,其上沿装有联接件,用来与安全帽上的联接板相联,防护面罩的后沿装有固定带。本帽是将焊接罩和安全帽有机的结合在一起,可以将焊工的双手完全空出来简化操作。另外,工人头带安全帽在进行焊接时,可有效的保护他们的生命安全。

本实用新型为一种安全焊接帽，属于劳动保护用具。
目前使用的焊接罩多为手提式，这给特殊场合的焊接带来诸多的不便。如在绞手架上进行焊接。另外，在使用焊接罩时，焊工往往不带安全帽，即使带安全帽，为了方便也常常把帽沿向后，这样就不能系帽带，失去了安全帽的作用。而在工地上如果不使用安全帽或使用安全帽不当是很危险的。
本实用新型的目的是为了给工人提供一种安全的焊接护具。
本实用新型的安全焊接帽是由安全帽和防护面罩构成，安全帽的前下沿装有联接板，上面装有联接件，如按扣、尼龙搭扣等，用来联接防护面罩，防护面罩前面装有可翻起来的焊接护目镜，其上沿装有联接件，如按扣、尼龙搭扣等，用来与安全帽上的联接板相联，防护面罩的后沿装有固定带。
本实用新型的安全焊接帽是将焊接罩和安全帽有机的结合在一起，可以将焊工的双手完全空出来，使其不论在高空或任何场合方便的进行操作。另外，工人头带安全帽在进行焊接时，可有效的保护他们的生命安全。在不进行焊接时，可将焊接护目镜翻开，或将防护面罩去掉，就成为普通的安全帽。

本实用新型的安全焊接帽是由安全帽1和防护面罩2构成，安全帽1的前下沿装有联接板3，上面装有按扣4，用来联接防护面罩2，防护面罩2前面装有可翻起来的焊接护目镜5，其上沿装有按扣6，用来与安全帽1上的联接板3相联，防护面罩2的后沿装有固定带7，图中8为安全帽1的固定带的。

1.一种安全焊接帽是由安全帽和防护面罩构成，其特征在于安全帽的前下沿装有联接板，上面装有联接件，防护面罩前面装有可翻起来的焊接护目镜，其上沿装有联接件，防护面罩的后沿装有固定带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全焊接帽，其特征在于联接件为按扣或尼龙搭扣。
