一种插口式烟道
本实用新型步及一种高层或多层建筑烟气排放系统的预制管道。
已有的用于高层或多层住宅建筑的烟气排放预制管道，如92210281.3号实用新型专利公开的一种导向式预制通风道，其管口为平口，通风管道中设置了导向板和阻流板，它虽能防止楼层间相互串味，防止室内空气污染，但上下管道的连接安装易错位，密封性能较差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种施工安装方便，密封性能好的插口式烟道。
本实用新型由外壁1、管壁1内的上夹板3和下夹板2组成，管壁1的上部有台阶形插口4。管壁1厚可为10mm，台阶形插口的台阶高度可为20mm，最厚处壁厚可为22mm。
本实用新型的管壁上部增设有台阶插口，安装时上下管道依次相互插接，故施工方便，连接部密封性好，不会产生错位。
附图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
本实用新型实施例可用增强水坭纱浆及抗碱玻璃纤维网格布制作，管壁1总长度为2800mm，管壁1的横截面为矩形，宽边为250mm，长边宽为300mm，壁厚10mm，台阶形插口4的台阶高为18mm。管壁1下部承口为平口。上夹板3和下夹板2的长度分别为200mm和730mm，外壁1与上夹板3的对应部可开设φ150的园形气孔。本实用新型可直接连接吸排油烟机的排气口，防止楼层间相互串味和烟道倒灌风。

Claims (2)

1、一种由管壁(1)，管壁(1)内的上夹板(3)和下夹板(2)组成的插口式烟道，其特征为管壁(1)的上部有台阶形插口(4)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种插口式烟道，其特征为管壁(1)壁厚为10mm，台阶形插口(4)的台阶高度为20mm最厚处壁厚为22mm。
