本实用新型属一种治疗椎间盘突出的医疗器械,它主要包括:抽吸针、冲洗针、外壳、转动轴、转动轮、手持柄、变速器、电机等,其特征是:冲洗针前部有一锯齿状切割刀,冲洗针是套在抽吸针内的,后面与转动轴相连,冲洗针内孔与冲洗管接头相连通,抽吸针内孔与抽吸管接头相连通。其优点是:穿刺创伤小,手术简便,手术时间短,切割刀正反旋转,避免了组织缠绕,操作方便,实用性强,治疗效果好。

颈椎椎间盘自动旋切抽吸治疗仪
本实用新型属一种医疗器械。
颈椎椎间盘突出是临床常见多发病,对患者造成较大痛苦,外科手术治疗手术难度大,患者创伤大,并发症多,多数患者不能接受。颈椎椎间盘穿刺抽吸治疗创伤小,并发症少,成功率高,能有效解除患者痛苦,但椎间盘穿刺器械对治疗成功关系较大,以往多利用手动切割钳夹或其它自动形式,但都存在着穿刺管粗、操作慢、手术时间长,切吸椎间盘量少等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型颈椎椎间盘穿刺抽吸治疗的器械,以克服上述缺点。
本实用新型如附图所示,主要由抽吸针(2)、冲洗针(3)、外壳(6)、转动轴(8)、手持柄(9)、电极转换开关(11)、变速器(12)、电机(13)组成,其关键在于:冲洗针(3)前面部分套在抽吸针(2)内,后面部分与转动轴(8)相连,并经转动轴(8)上的内孔(5)与冲洗管接头(7)相连通,冲洗针(3)头端为切割刀(1),切割刀(1)为双面锯齿状,在冲洗针(3)外面的抽吸针(2)头端有弧形槽(15),恰好使切割刀(1)露出,在抽吸外壳上有一吸引管接头(4)与抽吸针(2)的内孔相连通,电极转换开关(11)设在手持柄(9)上;在转动轴(8)后面有一转动轮(10)与变速器(12)相连,小微型电机(13)设在手持柄(9)的尾部,为转动轮提供动力。为了便于清洗器械,外壳(6)可分为两段,之间由丝扣连接。
本实用新型的使用方法是:手握手持柄,把前端抽吸针经穿入椎间盘的套管针送入椎间盘内,冲洗管外接生理盐水瓶,吸引管外接负压吸引器,电源插头接12V直流电,按动电源开关,微型电机工作,经齿轮变速器使其输出轮转速为300-400转/分,输出轮上的磁铁和转动轮上的磁铁经磁力作用带动转动轮以相同的转速转动,同时冲洗针带动前端的切割刀工作。为避免组织缠绕,在外壳上设计了电极转换开关,可使冲洗针带动切割刀双向转动切割。切除的椎间盘组织,在冲洗液中经吸引管被吸出。
本实用新型的优点是:穿刺套管更细,创伤更小,自动旋转切割抽吸使手术简便,缩短了手术时间,减少了患者痛苦及手术感染机率,锯齿状切割刀正反双向旋转,能有效地切除更多椎间盘髓核组织,操作简便,实用性强,治疗效果好。

Claims (2)

1.一种颈椎椎间盘自动旋切抽吸治疗仪,由抽吸针、冲洗针、手柄、电机组成,其特征在于:冲洗针(3)前面部分套在抽吸针(2)内,后面部分与转动轴(8)相连,并经转动轴(8)上的内孔(5)与冲洗管接头(7)相连通,冲洗针(3)头端为切割刀(1),切割刀为双面锯齿状,在冲洗针(3)外面的抽吸针(2)头端有一弧形槽(15)恰好使切割刀露出,抽吸针(2)的内孔与吸引管接头(4)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎椎间盘自动旋切抽吸治疗仪,其特征在于:在外壳上设有一电极转换开关(11),电机(13)设在手持柄(9)的尾部。
