Abstract

本实用新型是一种发动机尾气净化器包括一个有进出气接口的箱体。其箱体内盛有亚硫酸钠水溶液,在箱体的底部固定有一个潜水泵,潜水泵出水管的端部连接有一个布有细雾喷水孔的喷头。本实用新型结构新颖,工作可靠,净化效果显著。尾气在通过排入箱体溶液,以及在潜水泵抽水搅动与喷淋的过程中使废气中的颗粒悬浮物等有害物质被吸附、冲刷和降解,从而达到净化的目的。此外,本实用新型还可应用于其它除尘场合。

发动机尾气净化器
本实用新型涉及净化器领域，特别是一种发动机尾气净化器。
在现有技术中，一般是通过改进发动机的燃烧来降低有害物质的排放。但是采用改进发动机的燃烧的方法则需大量增加成本，效果也尚不能令人满意。而不经过净化处理，直接排入大气，会严重污染环境，直接危害人类健康。
本实用新型的目的，旨在为克服现有技术中存在的问题而提出一种具有吸附和洗尘功能的发动机尾气净化器产品。
本实用新型的目的可以通过下述方案实现。
发动机尾气净化器包括一个有进出气接口的箱体。其特征是箱体内盛放有接近箱体一半体积的、浓度为20％的亚硫酸钠水溶液。其进气接口位于液面之下，出气接口位于液面之上。并且在箱体的底部固定有一个潜水泵，与水泵连接的出水管设在液面的上方，液体从出水端上布有的细雾喷水孔喷出。
以下结合本实用新型的实施例和附图，对发动机尾气净化器予以详细叙述。

本实用新型发动机尾气净化器，有一个有进出气接口的长方形密封式箱体4。箱体内盛放有接近箱体一半体积的、用于净化的、浓度为20％的亚硫酸钠水溶液。箱体上的进气接口7位于液面之下，出气接口1位于液面之上。并且进气接口上连接着一根接管5，在接管上设有多个细小的出气孔8。而在箱体的底部固定有一个潜水泵6，与潜水泵连接的出水管3设在液面的上方，液体从出水端上布有的细雾喷水孔喷出。具体讲其端部可以是连接一个布有细雾喷水孔的喷头2。
本实用新型亚硫酸钠水溶液可以促进有害气体脱硝与还原。尾气在通过排入箱体溶液，以及在潜水泵抽水搅动与喷淋的过程中使废气中的颗粒悬浮物等有害物质被吸附、冲刷和降解，从而达到净化的目的。此外，经过净化处理的空气还可以通过管路从出气接口连接到发动机的空气滤清器，进行进一步的净化。
本实用新型结构新颖，工作可靠，净化效果显著。此外，本实用新型还可应用于其它除尘场合。

1 一种发动机尾气净化器，包括一个有进出气接口的箱体，其特征在于所说的箱体内盛放有接近箱体一半体积的、浓度为20％的亚硫酸钠水溶液；其进气接口位于液面之下，出气接口位于液面之上；并且在箱体的底部固定有一个潜水泵，与水泵连接的出水管设在液面的上方，液体从出水端上布有的细雾喷水孔喷出。
2 按照权利要求1所述的净化器，其特征在于所说的位于液面之下的进气接口上连接着一根接管，在接管上设有多个细小的出气孔。
3 按照权利要求1或2所述的净化器，其特征在于所说的潜水泵连接的出水管的端部连接有一个喷头。
