本实用新型为一种带酒杯的酒瓶,由玻璃瓶本体、杯子和底盖构成,其中,玻璃瓶本体的内腔中心有一开口于瓶底的柱形管槽,底盖系弹性材料成型为一体的可嵌入柱型管槽口端的柱状空心塞,其柱表面环设有数道止滑条,柱一端设一缺口,沿缺口周缘延伸有环突缘。本产品具备瓶、杯一体,方便携带使用的特点,而且极具观赏价值。

一种带酒杯的酒瓶
本实用新型涉及一种带酒杯的酒瓶，属于日常生活用品的技术领域。
目前传统的酒瓶，形状多种多样，但各种瓶体的差异性仅在外观造型不同，其功能仅在提供装酒之用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带酒杯的酒瓶，可收纳酒杯于其内，并发挥独特观赏效果的酒瓶，使其能更符合现今消费者需求，并达到兼具实用及特殊观赏效果。
本实用新型是籍下述技术方案实现，其构造如图1-4所示，由玻璃瓶本体(10)、杯子(20)及底盖(30)构成；其中玻璃瓶本体(10)的内腔中心有一开口于瓶底的柱型管槽(11)与本体(10)一体成型，杯子(20)可以置于瓶体柱型管槽(11)内，底盖(30)系弹性材料成型为一体的可嵌入柱型管槽(11)口端的柱状空心塞，其柱表面环设有数道止滑条(31)，空心塞一端设有一缺口(33)，沿该缺口(33)的周缘延伸有环突缘(32)。
本实用新型的优点在于：
1)具备瓶杯一体，方便携带使用的特征；
2)酒杯在瓶内收芷、取出，不致产生瓶身外观造型变化；
3)叠立于柱型管槽内的杯体，其杯面上的图案，能使瓶体产生具有一中心图腾柱的视观效果，极具观赏价值。

玻璃瓶本体(10)与柱形管槽(11)为一体成型，杯子(20)可从瓶体柱形管槽(11)内放进或取出，杯子(20)用各式不特定的材质，如玻璃或塑料等，杯子表面有图纹，或者杯壁设凹陷部(22)；底盖(30)用橡胶或软质塑胶材料一体成型为可嵌入前述柱型管槽(11)口端的柱状空心塞，空心塞表面环设有数道止滑条(3)，止滑条(31)作成可挤压变形厚度，以使柱面与管槽壁间具有适度的迫紧力，空心塞一端设有一缺口(33)，以便使用者可将手指伸入扣住盖体，可轻易将底盖拉出，该缺口(33)端的周沿延伸有环突缘(32)，用以嵌封前述管槽口端时的抵定作用。

1、一种带酒杯的酒瓶，其特征在于：由玻璃瓶本体(10)、杯子(20)及底盖(30)构成；其中玻璃瓶本体(10)的内腔中心有一开口于瓶底的柱型管槽(11)与本体(10)一体成型，杯子(20)可以置于瓶体柱型管槽(11)内，底盖(30)系弹性材料成型为一体的可嵌入柱型管槽(11)口端的柱状空心塞，空心塞表面环设有数道止滑条(31)，其一端设有一缺口(33)，沿该缺口(33)的周缘延伸有环突缘(32)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种带酒杯的酒瓶，其特征在于：所述的杯子(20)可用各式不特定材质，如玻璃或塑料制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种带酒杯的酒瓶，其特征在于：所述的底盖(30)用橡胶或软质塑胶材料一体成型为可嵌入柱型管槽(11)口端的空心塞柱状体。
