目前人们使用的自行车座板，表面上基本都是平面的，坐起来比较平稳。但是由于不透气、不散热，坐久了神经血管受压不流通，使人感到麻木不舒服，最主要的是防震效果也不好，碰到坑洼或不平的道路时，容易对下身造成震痛和损伤。
本实用新型的目的，在于向公众提供一种既能克服上述缺点，还能指压按摩，同时对保护下身不受震痛，并具有散热透气的，一种自行车座板。

本实用新型的主体，是由底座(1)，座垫面(3)，所构成，底座(1)设有网孔(2)，座垫面(3)上设有凸面(4)，凸面(4)上设有指压柱(5)，凸面(4)之间中设有空心槽(6)。
本实用新型的使用方法是，将座垫面(3)粘卡合在底座(1)上，网孔(2)与空心槽(6)相通，吻合即可。
本实用新型的优点是，消除了人们久座自行车，殿部位麻木的现象，并能散热透气、防震效果好，还能指压按摩，对维护人们的身心健康，有着积极的保护作用。
