本实用新型涉及一种可防止子弹伤害身体的衣服。由若干真丝织物层(1)和喷雾于每两层真丝织物之间的滑石粉层(2)叠合缝制而成。具有材料易得、制造工艺简单、造价低、轻便、穿着舒适、耐用等特点,适应于国防部队和公安等人员防御子弹保护自己身体之用。

真丝防弹衣
本实用新型涉及一种可防止子弹伤害身体的衣服。
现有技术的防弹衣，多数为金属或金属与纤维的复合材料制成，在一定程度上，虽然能达到防弹的目的，但存在制造工艺复杂、价格昂贵、笨重、穿着不舒服等缺点。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述防弹衣的不足之处，设计一种制作简易、轻便、穿着舒适的防弹衣。
本实用新型，由叠合缝制在一起的若干真丝织物层和喷雾于每两层真丝织物层之间的滑石粉层构成。
本实用新型之真丝织物层可采用锻纹或斜纹组织的真丝(蚕丝)布，裁剪后在每层真丝布上喷雾一滑石粉层，然后依次叠合，可一次缝制，也可分几单元缝制，再缝合成衣。如果制成防弹背心，则可在肩带处，设置一魔术纽合扣。
本实用新型之真丝织物层的层数越多，防弹效果越好。但层数太多，缝制后的防弹衣太厚，穿着不舒服。当真丝布的层数为36～40层时，完全能阻挡9mm直径手枪子弹，不论远近距离射击都不会穿击伤害身体，对于自动步枪也基本能阻挡或部分穿击，但不会伤害人体。
本实用新型，具有材料易得，制造工艺简单、造价低、轻便、穿着舒适、耐用等特点，还具有保暖作用，适应于国防部队和公安等人员防御子弹保护自己身体之用。
下面实施例结合附图对本实用新型的结构作进一步说明。

图中，1为真丝布层，2为滑石粉层，3为魔术钮。
实施例、本例为背心形防弹衣(如图1所示)，其真丝织物层采用缎纹或斜纹组织的真丝(蚕丝)布。裁剪成片后在每层真丝布层1上喷雾上滑石粉层2，再将每19层的真丝布叠合并缝成一单元，再将两单元叠合缝成共38层的成衣。同时在其肩带处，各设置一魔术纽合扣3。使用时，将防弹衣套于身体上，扣合肩带处的魔术钮合扣即可。

1、一种防弹衣，其特征为：由叠合缝制在一起的若干真丝织物层(1)和喷雾于每两层真丝织物之间的滑石粉层(2)构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防弹衣，其特征为：所述真丝织物有36～40层。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的防弹衣，其特征为：在防弹衣的肩带处，有一魔术钮合扣(3)。
