本实用新型涉及一种用于饮水机的热水器。
现有饮水机内的热水器，为了防止带电器件直接与水接触，多采用间接加热的形式，即将不锈钢水桶与单独的铝加热盘紧贴，热量从加热盘传向不锈钢水桶。热效率低，加热速度慢，影响使用。为确保桶内的水加热到规定的温度85度，对加热件的温度很高，一般需200度。此外，由于饮水机内的热水器的壁厚小，受热部位水汽化引起热水器振动，噪声较大，一般在51分贝以上，超过国家标准的45分贝。为克服上述缺点，有一种直接式加热器，将铝质加热盘作为加热桶的底板直接与水接触，为防止铝污染饮用水在底盘表面涂特氟隆，但长期使用特氟隆涂层容易脱落，污染水质。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既具备热效率高、加热快、对加热器温度要求低、噪声低的特点，又有高抗腐蚀性的饮水机用热水器。
本实用新型包括不锈钢桶，不锈钢桶的底板外侧设置有凹槽，所述的凹槽内设有电热件；所述不锈钢桶底板外侧设有铝导热块。
导热板的下表面装有温控器。
所述的电热元件是包裹电热丝、高温氧化镁粉的管件，所述的电引出端用硅橡胶封装。
本实用新型将电热管件直接安装在热水器桶底板内，避免了间接式热水器的缺点，具有热效率高、加热快、对加热器温度要求低、噪声低的特点，又采用不锈钢作为与水的接触面，防止了特氟隆涂层脱落对饮用水的污染，提高了抗腐蚀性。

本实用新型的热水器主体体是不锈钢桶1，不锈钢桶1的底板2外侧有凹槽3，电热件4设置在凹槽3和夹板5构成的槽内。
不锈钢桶底板的外侧设置有铝导热块6。导热块6下表面装有温控器。温控器的作用是防止热水器内缺水引起的空烧，在导热块的温度超过限度时，自动切断电源。
所述的电热件4是包裹电热丝、高温氧化镁粉的管件，所述的电引出端用硅橡胶封装。
接通电源之后，电热件直接加热热水器底板，使热水器内的水加热。

1.一种用于饮水机的热水器，包括不锈钢桶，其特征在于不锈钢桶的底板外侧设置有凹槽，所述的凹槽内设有电热件；所述不锈钢桶底板外侧设有导热块。
2..如权利要求1所述的一种用于饮水机的热水器，其特征在于所述的电热件是由电热丝和高温氧化镁组成的加热管。
