一种防静电鞋
本实用新型涉及一种鞋,具体地说是一种防静电积聚于人体的鞋。
由于静电一向以来对新兴工业和石油化工行业,特别是电子行业构成危害。静电可造成产品报废,事故频频,重则机毁人亡。事实上,静电的积聚还损害了人体健康,造成人体弱多病,容易衰老。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能随机地把人体所产生的静电导入大地的鞋,本实用新型应用了导电胶粘贯穿连导技术,并克服了以往的不足,能安全而有效地达到目的。
本实用新型是这样实现的,由鞋帮、鞋底和鞋跟组成的鞋可以将人体内积聚的静电随机地直接导入大地,关键之处是鞋底作了一系列的改进设计。本实用新型鞋底的改进设计有五层结构:接触人体脚掌的鞋底静电传导面层,在鞋底静电传导面层之下的导电胶粘层,穿孔中底层,在穿孔中底层之下的导电胶粘层,接触地面的防静电底层。
多层的鞋底以普通胶粘和导电胶粘结合成一个紧密的整体。当人穿上这鞋时,人体产生的静电便通过这种特殊的鞋底设计把静电导入大地,整个设计并没有改变鞋的原使用功能。
下面以附图进一步说明本实用新型是如何实现上述目的的。
图1是防静电鞋的结构剖示图。
图2是鞋穿孔中底静电传导层横剖视图。
如图1所示,防静电鞋的整体结构包括鞋帮(1)和鞋底,鞋底由鞋底静电传导面层(2),鞋底静电传导面层(2)之下的导电胶粘层(3),穿孔中底层(4),穿孔中底层(4)之下的导电胶粘层(5),特别说明的是,导电胶粘层(3)和(5)是涂覆于穿孔中底层(4)的上下面并通过穿孔中底层(4)上的穿孔(6)以导电胶粘贯穿连导形式上下连导的,以及防静电底层(7)组成。其中静电传导面层(2)以薄金属码片做为导体,其薄金属码片(2A)扣紧于静电传导面层(2)上,每只鞋底上至少有两个,其下部份居静电传导面层(2)之下的导电胶粘层(3)之上,并与其接触连导。
这样,薄金属码片(2A)的正面做为导体与人体脚掌连接,其背面把人体静电传导给鞋底静电传导面层(2)之下的并涂覆于鞋底穿孔中底层(4)之上的导电胶粘层(3),由导电胶粘层(3)传导给同样涂覆于鞋底穿孔中底层(4)之下的导电胶粘层(5),由导电胶粘层(5)再传导给和大地相连的防静电鞋底(7),这样便完成了泄放人体静电的过程。为可靠起见,在实施本实用新型时,以上所述的各个连接面都必须重复用导电胶粘涂覆配合连导,以确保其一致性。此外,为保证本实用新型的鞋穿着安全,免受市电触电之弊,本实用新型的防静电鞋底底层(7)其对地电阻还必须限定在一个安全的范围内,一般单只鞋底其对地电阻为0.5×106Ω~2×106Ω范围内取值。

Claims (3)

1.一种防静电鞋,包括鞋帮、鞋底,其特征在于鞋底由如下五个部份组成,各个部分顺次由导电胶粘剂和普通胶粘剂粘合,
a.和脚掌接触的并钳入薄金属码片(2A)的鞋底静电传导面层
  (2);
b.静电传导面层(2)之下与薄金属码片(2A)连导的导电胶粘
  层(3);
c.穿孔中底层(4);
d.穿孔中底层(4)之下的并通过穿孔中底层(4)上的穿孔(6)
  与导电胶粘层(3)贯穿连导的导电胶粘层(5);
e.与导电胶粘层(5)连导并由半导电材料构成的防静电底层
  (7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电鞋,其特征在于所述的鞋穿孔中底层(4)是一块上面最少有一个以上穿孔(6)的中底层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电鞋,其特征在于所述的穿孔中底层(4)上的多个穿孔(6)上下面都涂覆了一层导电胶粘层(3)和(5),而且上下面的导电胶粘层(3)和(5)是依靠涂覆于穿孔中底层(4)上的孔洞(6)的孔壁上的导电胶粘贯穿连导。
