本实用新型涉及一种医用激光治疗器械,特别是一种激光汇聚器。
现有技术中,扫描式准分子激光眼科治疗机中,需要把来自激光器的原始激光束用激光汇聚器汇聚成0.5至2.5毫米直径的光斑,光斑的均匀性和对称性直接影响眼角膜切削的效果。由于准分子激光器一般是气体放电型,其射出的激光束的光斑多为矩形,而且垂直和水平方向的发散角也不相同,因此现有技术中使用的单一球面镜所汇聚后的光斑仍然是矩形,该矩形由于纵向和横向的不对称性,常常导致眼角膜修正后眼晴的散光。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能把激光束汇聚成正方形的光斑的准分子激光眼科治疗机上的光学汇聚器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种准分子激光眼科治疗机上的光学汇聚器,它包括柱面镜、设置于所述的柱面镜的后部的球面镜。所述的柱面镜上设有柱面镜立柱,该柱面镜立柱设置于轨道内,所述的球面镜上设有球面镜立柱,该球面镜立柱也设置于所述的轨道内。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
由于柱面镜可以修正光束在水平方向和垂直方向的不对称性,使的光斑变为正方形,因此再经球面镜后光束照耀的光斑被汇聚成很小的正方形光斑,使得切割眼角膜时在两个方向上没有差异,可获得较好的治疗效果。

2、根据权利要求1所述的准分子激光眼科治疗机上的光学汇聚器,其特征在于:所述的柱面镜[1]上设有柱面镜立柱[5],该柱面镜立柱[5]设置于轨道[3]内,所述的球面镜[2]上设有球面镜立柱[4],该球面镜立柱[4]也设置于所述的轨道[3]内。
3、根据权利要求1所述的准分子激光眼科治疗机上的光学汇聚器,其特征在于:所述的轨道[3]设置于所述的柱面镜[1]和球面镜[2]的下方,所述轨道[3]为直线凹槽状,所述的柱面镜立柱[5]和球面镜立柱[4]插在所述的轨道[3]内。
