本实用新型公开了一种采用涨紧方式的固定件。它由涨紧块和涨紧体构成,涨紧块为楔形,涨紧体的一端设有与该涨紧块相应的楔形槽,其特征是所述的涨紧块的楔形面上设有导向轨,所述涨紧体的楔形槽内设有与所述的涨紧块的导向轨相应的导向槽。在使用时具有能够防止涨紧块从涨紧体的楔形槽中滑出的优点。主要用于安装固定等领域。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种固定组件，特别是涉及一种采用涨紧方式的固定组件。
在申请日前，已知所使用的涨紧固定组件主要由涨紧块和涨紧体构成，涨紧块一般为楔形，涨紧体的一端设有与涨紧块相应的楔形槽。由于这种涨紧固定件主要存在使用时涨紧块易从涨紧体的楔形槽中滑出的问题，从而造成了安装固定困难、涨紧效果不好、使用不安全等的问题。
本实用新型的目的是在上述涨紧固定件的基础上，提供一种使用时能够防止涨紧块从涨紧体的楔形槽中滑出的涨紧固定件。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
本实用新型的一种涨紧固定件，由涨紧块和涨紧体构成，所述涨紧块为楔形，所述涨紧体的一端设有与该涨紧块相应的楔形槽，其特征是所述的涨紧块的楔形面上设有导向轨，所述涨紧体的楔形槽内设有与所述的涨紧块的导向轨相应的导向槽。在所述的涨紧块上设置导向轨和在所述的涨紧体的楔形槽内设置相应的导向槽的目的是使用时通过所述的导向轨和导向槽的相互作用防止涨紧块从涨紧体的楔形槽中滑出。
通过上述结构的本实用新型，在使用时具有能够防止涨紧块从涨紧体的楔形槽中滑出的优点。

实施例：如图1、图2、图3所示，一种涨紧固定件，由涨紧块1和涨紧体2构成，所述涨紧块1为楔形，所述的涨紧块1的楔形面3上设有导向轨5，所述涨紧体2的一端设有与该涨紧块1相应的楔形槽4，所述涨紧体2的楔形槽4内设有与所述的涨紧块1的导向轨5相应的导向槽6。

1.一种涨紧固定件，由涨紧块[1]和涨紧体[2]构成，所述涨紧块[1]为楔形，所述涨紧体[2]的一端设有与该涨紧块[1]相应的楔形槽[4]，其特征是所述的涨紧块[1]的楔形面[3]上设有导向轨[5]，所述涨紧体[2]的楔形槽[4]内设有与所述的涨紧块[1]的导向轨[5]相应的导向槽[6]。
