本实用新型涉及一种电热水器的加热装置,特别是涉及一种能延缓结垢降低爆破率的电热水器的电加热管。
目前,市场上有一种热水器用的电加热管,它有一金属管外壳,内部装有氧化镁绝缘物质,在其中心部位有电热丝。这种电加热管使用时热负荷较高,外部很容易在短时间内产生水垢,其传热性能随水垢的出现逐渐降低,也比较容易出现结垢造成过热爆破伤害人命的情况,其使用寿命缩短。有人在此管外增加一聚四氟乙烯涂层,用以减缓结垢现象的出现,但它只能在有水的情况下使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能延缓结垢无伤害长命电加热管,它能弥补现有电加热管的上述不足。
本实用新型有一内管,管内装有绝缘材料,后者的中心部位装有电加热丝,其特征是它还有一外管,外管与内管之间装有绝缘材料。
本实用新型的优点是降低了热负荷,延缓了管外结垢现象,也可以干烧,使用寿命长,无伤害。
