本实用新型涉及一种用迫击炮发射的灭火弹。它包括壳体、引信、前弧部、后·弧部、托环、身管、定心翅、整流罩、定心部、尾管、药包、尾翅、基本药管·组成,其特征是:在工作部的弹体是非金属壳它内装有灭火干粉,在工作部弹·体纵轴方向固定有抛撒管;抛撒管的管壁上有多个向外扩张的通孔。它灭火速·度快,生产使用成本低;迫击炮灭火弹的弹壳,大部分是纸质或塑胶等非金属·制成的,起爆后裂成碎片,不具有杀伤能力,符合消防产品要求。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用迫击炮发射的灭火弹。
火灾是人类生存的大敌,火灾肆虐的主要原因是火势漫延的速度很快,往往在人们来不及扑救或由于某种原因无法临近火场扑救的时候,形成大面积燃烧造成重大损失。特别是许多特殊火灾如森林、油库、化学品库的火灾或战争火灾,一旦燃烧人则无法靠近,普通消防器材灭火必须有人在火灾现场操作的,比如灭火筒和消防汽车。如果现场没有灭火筒或消防汽车无法在很短时间内赶到,只有眼看着火势漫延,直至烧完。即使及时赶到也灭火困难灭火速度慢,所以怎样才能快速有效灭火,成为抵御火灾的重要课题。现有的发射式灭火弹发射装置复杂,灭火成本高。安全自动干粉灭火器可以遇火自动抛撒灭火粉,但它顶远也只能抛二、三十米。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种迫击炮发射的灭火弹,它灭火速度快,生产使用成本低。
本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种迫击炮灭火弹,它包括壳体、引信、前弧部、后弧部、托环、身管、定心翅、整流罩、定心部、尾管、药包、尾翅、基本药管组成,其特征是:工作部的弹体是非金属壳它内装有灭火干粉,在工作部的弹体纵轴方向固定有抛撒管,抛撒管的管壁上有多个向外扩张的通孔。
所述灭火弹工作部非金属壳可以是纸质壳也可以是塑胶壳,工作部壳体顶端连有引信,引信通过连接螺固定在弹体上,并与抛撒管连接。所述的抛撒管管壁上有多个向外扩张的通孔是漏斗形状的通孔,即通孔靠近管壁外表面的直径大于靠近管壁内表面的直径。
本实用新型的特点如下:
1、迫击炮灭火弹与一般的杀伤性迫击炮弹不同。第一、迫击炮
灭火弹的弹体中不含炸药、雷管、拉火管,弹体内装的是磷
酸二氢铵灭火粉;迫击炮灭火弹的弹壳,大部分是纸质或塑
胶等非金属制成的,起爆后裂成碎片,不具有杀伤能力,符
合消防产品要求。
2、它结构简单,生产使用成本低,它只需在原炮弹技术的基础
上进行改装而成,发射炮弹也用现有的迫击发射炮。
3、它可以通过监测镜用迫击炮发射到监测范围内任何目标,击
灭目标内的火焰。
下面结合实施例附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

本实用新型设计的迫击炮灭火弹,它包括引信1、连接螺2、灭火粉3、隔离衬套4、抛撒管5、衬套6、抛射药7、弹体8、托环9、身管10、定心翅11、整流罩12、定心环13、尾管14、药包15、尾翘16、基本药管17、前弧部18组成,它分成工作部和推进部,工作部和推进部之间由托环9连接,阶梯式的连接螺2将抛撒管5和引信1固定在弹体8的非金属壳上构成工作部,在工作部的非金属弹体8内装有灭火粉2,在工作部中央纵轴方向装有隔离衬套4,隔离衬套4里装有抛撒管5,抛撒管5管壁上设有多个向外扩张的通孔,抛撒管5内装有抛射药7,在抛撒管5内设有衬套6,外部有衬纸。所述的灭火弹的弹体8在工作部壳体用纸质或塑胶制成在推进部的弹体8是金属壳体。前弧部18顶端装有引信1和堵头,抛撒管5与非金属弹体8之间装有灭火粉3,引信1的传火装置插在抛撒管5内装的抛射药7中。托环9为金属材料制成,推进部的身管10、定心翅11、整流罩12、定心环13、尾管14、药包15、尾翅16、基本药管17、与现有的迫击炮弹身管、定心翅、整流罩、定心环、尾管、药包、尾翅、基本药管结构连接方式相同。选用近炸引信时,要在身管10中预设电池盒。
使用时发现火点,按测距仪显示出的距离调好迫击炮发射角度。根据射程配以适量的药包15,灭火弹装入迫击炮弹筒,灭火弹基本药管17在迫击炮撞针的触发下发火,点燃药包15灭火弹被射至目标上空。根据预先的设定,灭火弹上的引信1在距燃烧目标一定距离时,通过传火装置引燃弹体中抛撒管5中的抛射药7,抛射药迅速转化为高压气体,高压气体透过内衬套6和抛撒管5上的抛撒孔及隔离衬套4挤破弹壳,并带出弹体内的灭火粉3。冲击波压碎弹体吹熄燃烧物上的火焰,并将灭火粉3覆盖在燃烧物的表面,使其不能复燃。

1、迫击炮灭火弹,它包括壳体、引信、前弧部、后弧部、托环、身管、定心翅、整流罩、定心部、尾管、药包、尾翅、基本药管组成,其特征是:工作部的弹体是非金属壳它内装有灭火干粉,在工作部的弹体纵轴方向固定有抛撒管,抛撒管的管壁上有多个向外扩张的通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的迫击炮灭火弹,其特征是:所述灭火弹工作部非金属壳可以是纸质壳也可以是塑胶壳,工作部壳体顶端连有引信,引信通过连接螺固定在弹体上,并与抛撒管连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的迫击炮灭火弹,其特征是:所述的抛撒管管壁上有多个向外扩张的通孔是漏斗形状的通孔,即通孔靠近管壁外表面的直径大于靠近管壁内表面的直径。
