Abstract

一种洗衣机的排水阀,是一端有底面的波纹管状的阀塞及与之相适配的阀柱构成的阀芯、管状阀体以及复位弹簧和阀盖组成。其特征是阀体在结构上使其入水段与阀塞的底面相通,而出水段与阀塞的波纹面相通。由此构筑的上述管状阀体所组成的排水阀可有效地避免漏水和延长排水阀的寿命。

一种洗衣机的排水阀
本实用新型涉及一种洗衣机的排水阀。
洗衣机已有排水阀，其橡胶制的一端有底面的波纹管状阀塞，在洗涤过程中浸泡在洗涤水中，由于洗涤水中不可避免的存有洗涤物线屑之类杂物，时间一长该阀塞波纹部会有线屑沉积从而影响波纹管的正常伸缩，造成漏水现象。
本实用新型的目的在于克服以上缺点，提供一种改进的洗衣机排水阀。
本实用新型将已有排水阀的阀体仅在结构上使其入水段与阀塞的底面侧相连通，而出水段即出水方或泄水方管路段与阀塞的波纹面相连通，技术上实现了阀塞的波纹面在洗涤过程中与洗涤水不接触。
显然本实用新型不会再由于阀塞波纹处线屑之类的积聚而造成漏水。

如图1.图2本实用新型是一端有底面的波纹管状阀塞2及与之相适配的阀柱3构成的阀芯、管状阀体1以及复位弹簧4和阀盖5组成。其特征是阀体1在结构上使其入水段E与阀塞2的底面A相连通，而出水段O与阀塞2的波纹面相连通，为便于加工，上述阀体1的入水段E与阀塞2的底面侧A应垂直相通，其出水段O与阀塞2的波纹面相通。由此构筑的上述管状阀体1所组成的排水阀可有效地避免漏水和延长排水阀的寿命。

1.一种洗衣机的排水阀，是一端有底面的波纹管状的阀塞(2)及与之相适配的阀柱(3)构成的阀芯、管状阀体(1)以及复位弹簧(4)和阀盖(5)组成，其特征是阀体(1)在结构上使其入水段与阀塞(2)的底面相连通，而出水段与阀塞(2)的波纹面相连通。
