本实用新型涉及一种电气自动控制装置,具体的说是一种程控智能节电器。
目前的交流星三角减压起动器,通过时间继电器自动进行星三角转换,以降低电动机的起动电流,最后达到全压运转。它无法根据负荷的变化而相应地改变电容补偿的增减,电机在空载、轻载时也全压运转,从而浪费了电能,降低了功率因数。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可根据负荷的变化而改变电容补偿的增减,既可降低线损耗,起到节约电能的作用,又可提高功率因数的程控智能节电器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是这样来实现的,它是在电源处接有两台低压自愈式电容器C1和C2
本实用新型的优点在于在电源处增装了两台独立的低压自愈式电容器,使电机在空载和轻载时,装置运行在星形电路,有一台电容器C1投入补偿;当电机满载和重载时,装置转换为三角运行,两台电容器C1、C2都投入补偿。本实用新型能使发电机容量和变电容量得到充分利用,可减少线损,避免电压损失过大,又可提高功率因数,且体积小,成体低。本实用新型特别适合油田使用。

它是在电源处装有两台低压自愈式电容器C1和C2。其工作原理是当电机空载或轻载时,装置运行在星形电路,星形起动时开关K2闭合,K1和K3断开,容器C1投入补偿;当电机满载或重载时,装置转为三角运行,三角运转时开关K1和K3同时闭合,K2断开,两台低压自愈式电容器C1、C2同时投入补偿。
