本实用新型,提供一种适用于盛装各种介质的毁瓶毁盖瓶。它包括内盖(1)外盖(2)和瓶颈(3),其中,塑料外盖(1)下部透孔两侧,各有一条易断筋B,盖内上部有两对称凸筋,外盖(2)下部透孔套在瓶颈(3)下部凹槽中的定位柱A上。瓶颈(3)两段对称凸台与外盖凸筋相扣,旋转外盖(2)时,易断筋B先折断,定位柱A后折断,转90°后,抽出外盖(2)开瓶。该技术结构简单,毁瓶毁盖不能二次上市使用,保障了厂家及消费者的利益。

毁瓶毁盖瓶
本实用新型涉及一种瓶子的防伪装置，特别是毁瓶毁盖瓶，它是适用盛装各种介质瓶子的一次性防伪装置。
目前市场上公开使用的酒瓶，开启方便，能重复使用，给制假提供了方便，假冒产品的上市，使厂家声誉受到损害，使消费者受骗上当。
本实用新型的目的是针对以上不足，研制的一种毁瓶毁盖瓶，它是在瓶颈上设制一定位柱，外盖下透孔两侧各设制一条易断筋，外盖下透孔套在定位柱上，上端两凸筋与瓶颈两凸台相扣，外盖旋转时，一条易断筋先折断，定位柱后折断。盖与瓶都有破损的痕迹，达到了防伪的目的。
本实用新型是这样实现的：毁瓶毁盖瓶，它包括内盖(1)外盖(2)和瓶颈(3)，其中，塑料外盖(2)下透孔两侧各有一条易断筋B，盖内上部有两段对称凸筋，外盖(2)下部透孔套装在瓶颈(3)下部凹槽中的定位柱A上，瓶颈(3)上部两段对称凸台与外盖(2)两对称凸筋相扣。外盖(2)转动时，易断筋B先折断，定位柱A后折断，转90°抽出外盖(2)开瓶。
本实用新型也可以这样实现：外盖(2)下沿方形缺口，套在瓶颈(3)的定位柱A上。
本实用新型也可以这样实现：定位柱A隐蔽在外盖(2)下部凹槽内，不透出外盖(2)壁外。
本实用新型的积极效果是：结构简单，瓶颈保持完美，不能作二次上市酒瓶使用，堵绝了假冒品上市，保障了厂家及消费者的利益。

图1所示：塑料外盖(2)下部透孔两则，各有一条易断筋B，上部有两段对称凸筋，瓶颈(3)下部凹槽内有一定位柱A，上部有两段对称凸台，介质灌入后，盖上内盖(1)，外盖(2)透孔对应定位柱A，压套在瓶颈(3)上，靠壁张力，使凸筋与凸台相扣，外盖(2)旋转，易断筋B先折断，定位柱A后折断，转90°后向上抽出外盖(2)，取出内盖倒出介质。
图2所示：介质灌入瓶后，盖上内盖(1)，塑料外盖下沿一方形缺口，对应瓶颈(3)上的定位柱A后，压套在瓶颈(3)上。靠壁张力，凸筋与凸台相扣，外盖(2)旋转时，折断定位柱A，转90°后，抽出外盖(2)倒出介质。
图3所示：介质灌入瓶后，盖上内盖(1)，塑料外盖(2)下部有一凹槽，对应瓶颈(3)上的定位柱A后，套在瓶颈(3)上，靠壁张力，使凸筋与凸台相扣，外盖旋转时，折断定位柱A，转90°后抽出外盖(2)，取内盖(1)倒出介质。

1.一种毁瓶毁盖瓶，它包括内盖(1)外盖(2)和瓶颈(3)，其特征是：塑料外盖(2)下部透孔两侧，各有一条易断筋B，盖内上部有两段对称凸筋，外盖(2)下部透孔，套装在瓶颈(3)下部凹槽中的定位柱A上，瓶颈(3)上部两段对称凸台与外盖(2)两段凸筋相扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毁瓶毁盖瓶，其特征在于：外盖(2)下沿方形缺口，套在瓶颈(3)的定位柱A上。
