复合层电按钮
本实用新型涉及一种电按钮装置,特别是电器遥控板、计算器、计算机、游戏机、寻呼机、移动电话等弱电电器的电按钮。
以软质弹性绝缘材料为主体的电按钮有两种形式。一种是手操作部为独立的硬质材料件,操作者按压硬质材料件将力传递至软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部,使下部导电层接触电极,以实现电的操控,操控完毕,硬质材料件在软质弹性绝缘材料的带动下自动恢复原来位置。另一种是软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部直接为手触操作部,操作者直接按压软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部,使下部导电层接触电极,操控完毕,按钮自动恢复原来位置。但前者结构较复杂,且独立的硬质材料件在操控时易于发出噪声;后者在使用中,软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部受手指摩擦易于磨损,也易于磨掉印刷的电按钮标记,并且,手指接触质感滞涩,降低了操控的舒适度。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的电按钮,它结构较简单,较耐用,操控时无噪声,且手指接触滑爽舒适。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:电按钮以软质弹性绝缘材料为主体,软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部为手触操作部,凸起部下结合有导电层,软质弹性绝缘材料手触操作部结合有硬质材料层。操作者手指接触硬质材料层按压软质弹性绝缘材料,使下部导电层接触电极,操控完毕,电按钮自动恢复原来位置。硬质材料的硬度大于软质弹性绝缘材料的硬度。可采用透光硬质材料。可多个电按钮通过相互联结的软质弹性绝缘材料形成电按钮群。可软质弹性绝缘材料上表面全部结合硬质材料层。可先在手触操作部印刷电按钮标记再结合透光硬质材料。
本实用新型因为只需要在软质弹性绝缘材料手触操作部结合硬质材料。所以结构简单,并由于硬质材料的特点提高了电按钮的耐用性,在操作中没有噪声,也有利于保护印刷的电按钮标记。操控滑爽。
实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
附图是根据本实用新型提出的电按钮的剖面图。
该电按钮包括一个软质弹性绝缘材料主体(1)软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部为手触操作部,手触操作部结合有硬质材料层(2)凸起部下部结合有导电层(4),导电层在电极(3)上方。可将软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部上部或整个上表面浸涂聚脂类材料,待其干燥后以形成硬质材料层;也可将硬质材料块、帽粘贴在凸起部上。

1.一种电按钮,特别是弱电电器的电按钮,电按钮以软质弹性绝缘材料为主体,软质弹性绝缘材料凸起部为手触操作部,凸起部下结合有导电层,导电层在电极上方,其特征在于软质弹性绝缘材料手触操作部结合有硬质材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述电按钮,其特征是硬质材料层为透光硬质材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述电按钮,其特征是多个电按钮通过相互联结的软质弹性绝缘材料形成电按钮群。
