立片夹套采暖炉
本实用新型涉及一种高效受热水套装置,用于大中小型及家庭取暖热水锅炉。
目前,公知的各种采暖热水锅炉水套的受热形式,都是靠炉体夹套和炉膛内设置的钢管与炉火高温气体接触传热。如此结构的受热面积本身有限,而且还不能将百分之百的面积与炉火高温接触,致使燃放出的大量热无形之中从烟道排掉。要想达到一定的取暖温度,只好额外供加燃料,以多为胜,既浪费燃料,又造成大气严重污染,还增加了人力及机械的消耗。
本实用新型的目的主要是提供一种立片型夹套的锅炉,它既能充分发挥炉火热效率,又能降低燃料的消耗,而且,在保证原有热效率的情况下,缩小炉体,减少占地面积。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,在炉膛内按一定间隔设有多个立片夹套体,上下水口分别与炉体夹套相通。立片夹套体与炉体夹套内层为一体。当炉火均匀从每个立片与立片之间的间隔处燃烧而上时,每个立片内的水层两边大面积受热,从而使燃放出的热能充分的被所有立片水层双面吸收,提高供热量,大大降低了余外的燃料消耗。
本实用新型采用了上述方案:1、结构简单,立片夹套用钢板焊制而成,由多片体组合于炉膛内。家用微型炉的立片由本身炉体夹套内层压制而成,整个水套为一体。2、体积小。由于夹套水分层受热,多层立片受热总面积比现有同等体积的炉成倍增加,所以,在保证原有供热量的情况下,完全可以缩小炉体。3、燃料消耗低。由于多层立片将燃烧所放出的热充分吸收到夹套水层内,提高了供热量,相应的也就不需要大量的额外消耗。

在图1所示实施例中:立片夹套体(1)由钢板焊制而成,它的上下水口(4)分别与炉体夹套(3)相通。立片夹套体(1)均匀焊接在炉体夹套内层(2)的内周,如图2所示。
在图3所示实施例中:立片夹套体(1)由本身炉体夹套内层(2)压制而成,它与炉体夹套(3)相通为一整体,再由图4所示的立管(5)连接于盘管(4)上部,整个夹套与盘管(4)的管内相通。
