Abstract

一种平板集热器,属太阳能热水器附件,由非金属玻璃钢边框,橡胶衔口条,平板玻璃和金属板芯组成。该集热器边框具有强度高、耐腐蚀、不老化、保温效果好等特点,集热器整体具有较好的密闭性和保温性,有独特的耐腐蚀性能,该集热器与铝合金边框比较,在同等条件下,其温室效应要高5℃左右,可广泛适用于东北地区的高寒气候条件和潮湿的沿海地区及南方地区。

本实用新型属于太阳能热水器用集热器。
目前市场上的太阳能热水器集热器边框多采用铝合金等金属材料制成,易使热量散失,造成热能浪费而影响热转换率,另外边框与玻璃板之间没有密封,集热器内保温效果差,同样影响热能利用,此外,还容易漏雨腐蚀而影响保温效果。
本实用新型目的是提供一种耐腐蚀抗酸碱不易散热,保温性能好的平板集热器。
本实用新型包括边框、板芯及平板玻璃,其特征是所述边框为非金属边框,在边框与平板玻璃之间镶有一圈橡胶衔口条,边框内板芯为金属管与金属片紧密压按或焊接成的金属板芯。

如图所示,该集热器包括其上带有进水口1和出水口4的非金属边框2,该边框可以是玻璃纤维增强塑料边框,也可以是塑钢边框,在边框与平板玻璃6之间镶有一圈橡胶衔口条3,边框内板芯5采片金属管7与金属片8紧密压接或焊接而成,该金属板芯最好采用铜管与铜片焊接成的全铜板芯。
本实用新型优点:1、由于采用非金属特别是玻璃纤维增强塑料边框,使其具有低的热传导性、尺寸稳定、不变质、不腐烂、抗潮湿、抗腐蚀、耐酸碱、电绝缘等优点;2、边框喷漆或低温烤漆附着力强,底漆粘牢度100%,也可按要求掺入混合颜料,使其色彩美观;3、边框能完整保持原有形状,热膨胀、冷收缩系数很小,在高温200℃,严寒60℃时不变形,与玻璃变形量相近,是与玻璃配套的理想框材;4、刚性好,与螺丝紧固性100%;5、集热器密封度可达不漏水效果,使保温性能提高,同时不怕雨水渗漏。

1、一种平板集热器,包括边框、板芯及平板玻璃,其特征是所述边框为非金属边框,在边框与平板玻璃之间镶有一圈橡胶衔口条,边框内板芯为金属管与金属片紧密压接或焊接成的金属板芯。
2、根据权利要求1所述的平板集热器,其特征是非金属边框为玻璃纤维增强塑料边框或塑钢边框。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的平板集热器,其特征是金属板芯为铜管与铜片紧密压接或焊接成的金铜板芯。
