控温型自热药贴
本实用新型涉及一种控温型自热药贴。
中国专利局于九三年十一月十七日公告了一种自热痛经带(专利申请号92237639)，该带主要由内外侧两个布袋组成，内侧袋装中药末，外侧袋装自热剂。依靠自热剂产生的热量及中药气渗透入人体而起治疗作用。其不足之处是该自热痛经带使用时不能根据需要来调节发热袋温度，其次自热剂是松散装填于布袋中，使用时在重力的作用下自热剂会下坠集中成团，造成温度高低分布不均匀及布袋不服贴(不贴身)。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种控温型自热药贴，其所产生的温度在35-70℃之间可根据保健治疗的目的不同或各人身体不同部位的耐热情况不同而进行调节控制；而且该药贴轻巧平整服贴，温度高低分布均匀。它具有对症施温，因人调温，提高疗效，使用安全方便之特点。
本实用新型是这样构成的，它包括一个控温自热袋及药层。其特征在于：(1)控温自热袋由不透气热导层，保湿防坠层及控温层组成；(2)保湿防坠层由厚质松软的纤维材料构成，纤维中均匀充填着自热剂；控温层是在薄膜上扎一定数量的透气小孔，然后在小孔外面封贴上数块胶膜组成；(3)在不透气热导层的外侧涂上药膏组成药层，或该药层直接为药末袋，药膜，药片等构成。
本实用新型因设有控温层，使用十分方便，只需将控温层上的胶膜揭开，小孔暴露通气，自热袋中的自热剂遇氧气后即可发热，然后将药层面贴缚于患处；若需要更高温度，可揭开更多胶膜，增加小孔通气量即可；反之，胶膜全部封上则停止发热。另外，因自热剂是均匀充填于纤维中，纤维阻止了自热剂因重力作用而产生的下坠，从而使整个自热袋在使用过程中保持柔软、平整、服贴；同时纤维材料的吸水保湿作用也大大延长了自热剂的发热时间。

参照附图，本实用新型的实施例包括控温自热袋1及药层2。其特征在于：(1)控温自热袋1由不透气热导层3，保湿防坠层4及控温层5组成；(2)保湿防坠层4由厚质松软的纤维材料构成，纤维中均匀充填着自热剂6；控温层5是在薄膜7上扎一定数量的透气小孔8，然后在小孔8外面封贴上数块胶膜9组成；(3)在不透气热导层3的外侧涂上药膏组成药层2，或该药层2直接为药末袋，药膜、药片等构成。
本实用新型构思新颖，结构简单合理，易于批量生产，是一种理想的经济适用的新型药贴。其市场前景可观，具有较高的开发价值。

  1. 一种控温型自热药贴，它包括控温自热袋1及药层2。其特征在于：
    (1)控温自热袋1由不透气热导层3，保湿防坠层4及控温层5组成。
  2. (2)保湿防坠层4由厚质松软的纤维材料构成，纤维中均匀充填着自热剂6；控温层5是在薄膜7上扎一定数量的透气小孔8，然后在小孔8外面封贴上数块胶膜9组成。
  3. (3)在不透气热导层3的外侧涂上药膏组成药层2，或该药层2直接为药末袋，药膜，药片等构成。
