本实用新型涉及一种属层状产品的轻质防腐保温板,特别适合于空调风管系统使用。
现行的同类保温板,一般为玻璃棉保温板和聚苯乙烯保温板,其不但整体性差、成本高、比重大,而且在使用时还要附加面层,工程造价高。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,而提供一种使用成本低、重量轻、防腐保温效果好的轻质防腐保温板。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种轻质防腐保温板,它由硬质聚氨脂泡沫板和附着在其上下表面的铝泊而构成。其铝泊可采用具有凹凸型压纹表面的铝泊。
本实用新型与现行同类的保温板相比,具有整体性好、重量轻、使用方便、工程造价低及防腐保温性能好的优点。

如附图给出的,本轻质防腐保温板具有由硬质聚氨脂泡沫板1构成的中间夹层,在其上下表面分别附着有铝泊2。其铝泊2与聚氨脂泡沫板1的结合可采用发泡合成工艺,即在生产聚氨脂泡沫板的同时,依靠聚氨脂泡沫板固化前的发泡粘合将铝泊与泡沫板结合成一整体,亦可采用在成型后的泡沫板上涂胶粘合铝泊的工艺将二者粘结成一整体。为了增强铝泊2与聚氨脂泡沫板1的结合强度和实现保温板非平滑表面所具有的特定性能,可采用单面或双面具有凹凸型压纹表面的铝泊构成本保温板。
本保温板特别适合制作空调系统的风管,具有通风效率高、阻燃防腐效果好、方便安装和降低空调通风工程造价的优点。

1、一种轻质防腐保温板,其特征在于它由硬质聚氨脂泡沫板(1)和附着在其上下表面的铝泊(2)构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轻质防腐保温板,其特征在于所述的铝泊(2)的表面具有凹凸型压纹。
