Abstract
建筑材料,一种复合板材,包括有内含隔热材料板芯的,防水轻质钢筋混凝土基板,表层有装饰面板,四周嵌有常温粘接的防水粘胶,可用于建筑物的墙体屋面和地面,结构、防水、隔热装饰一次完成,施工方便快速。
Description
建筑材料，涉及一种施工方便的多功能混凝土基复合板材。
现有建筑物的墙体，绝大部分仍采用传统的烧制砖，由水泥砂浆砌接，烧制砖耗用了大量农田粘土，不利环境，虽有以混凝土陶粒等为基材的。新型砌块材料，但成本高，仍需水泥砂浆粘砌，外加装饰施工，建筑周期长，造价也高，此外，也有采用在工厂中生产，现场吊装的整块墙体材料，但其组装有局限性，墙体的衔接不严密，容易漏水，应用有限，未见有施工方便，即可用于墙体。又可用于地面、屋顶的兼有装饰，防潮、隔热的复合建筑板材。
本实用新型的目的的是设计一种既可用于墙体，又可适于地面屋面兼有装饰防水(防潮)。隔热作用的施工方便的复合板材。
本实用新型提出的一种复合板材，包括有多层复合板和其四周的常温防水粘胶，多层复合板的基板是由金属网架支持的，含有隔热板芯的轻质防水混凝土板，表面为装饰板层，多层复合板周边侧面中部有凹槽，凹槽中设有常温防水粘胶。复合板材的内面可以有自基板中的金属网架伸出的钢筋接头。
本实用新型提出的一种复合板材，因有金属网架支持的防水、隔热混凝土基板，牢固、抗撞击、又防水防潮、隔热、保温，不仅用于屋顶、地面也可做四周墙体；表面的装饰板减少了粉刷、装饰工序，合二为一。四周的油膏状防水粘胶，常温下碰撞粘接，即可使板间紧密粘牢，缝隙小，且防水，无需砂浆，效果好，省时省力。用做墙体材料时，伸出的钢筋接头，用于与建筑结构金属框架钩搭焊接，施工方便牢固。

附图是本实用新型提出的一种复合板材的示意图。如图如示：
轻质混凝土基板(1)中有金属网架(2)和隔热板芯(3)，金属网架(2)是有伸出板面的钢筋接头(6)的钢筋支架，隔热板芯(3)是珍珠岩板层；表面的装饰板(4)为陶瓷面板；复合板四周侧边中部的凹槽，嵌有常温防水粘胶(5)，常温防水粘胶(5)为条状防水的油膏，常温下，板与板之间的常温防水粘胶(5)碰撞接触即可牢固粘接。
本实用新型提出的复合板材，可用做房屋六面的面板、集结构、防水、防潮、隔热、装饰为一体，板体本身具有的粘胶，便于安装施工。可大大提高施工速度，而且质量可靠，符合现代建筑施工的要求。
Claims (2)
1、一种复合板材，其特征在于包括有多层复合板和其四周的常温防水粘胶，多层复合板的基板[1]是有金属网架[2]支持的，含有隔热板芯[3]的轻质防水混凝土板，其表面有装饰板[4]，复合板材四周侧面的中部有凹槽，凹槽中嵌有常温防水粘胶[5]。
2、据权利要求1所述的复合板材，其特征在于复合板的基板[1]中的金属网架[2]有伸出板体内面的钢筋接头[6]。
