本实用新型公开了一种可变色光源灯箱,该光源灯箱箱体内装置有金属卤素灯、反光碗、供电电源、滤色片、驱动电机,灯箱箱体通过一光纤插头与光导纤维相接,光纤插头含有光纤内套、光纤定位套、定位杆、固定座、后密封座套,光纤内套置于光纤定位套内,用定位杆将固定座、光纤定位套、光纤内套紧固,当光纤定位套以及光纤内套中的光纤转动时,光纤插头不会发生从光源灯箱箱体脱落的现象。

Description

可变色光源灯箱
本实用新型涉及一种可变照明效果装置,具体地是涉及一种可变色光源灯箱。
现有的广告照明灯箱种类较多,广告照明灯箱,大多配有高压电源为发光体提供高压,例如霓虹灯就是这样一种常见的广告灯,霓虹灯灯管作为发光光源,再配合以高压电源,霓虹灯给人们的生活带来了美的享受,这种用霓虹灯所发出的光就某一段或某一固定的图案来说其所发出的光的色彩是不会发生变化,人们所见的霓虹灯广告的变色是不同图案的变色,从霓虹灯的性能和所需的供电电源结构来说,可想而知,要使霓虹灯广告发出的可变颜色光,其结构势必非常复杂,随着变化的颜色数量增加,其结构就更加复杂。继而,中国专利号ZL97241773.7提出一种可变色光源灯箱,它的发光光源采用了金属卤素灯加上滤色片、光导纤维等,这种光源灯箱具有变色容易、结构简单的特点。但同时还存在着如下缺点:由于光导纤维与灯箱箱体的连接是通过光纤插头,光纤插头设有一卡槽,卡槽的前端设有一腰形台阶,腰形台阶的上下面均为平面,同样,光源箱体壁上也相应开设有可将光纤插头插入的腰形孔,当光纤插头插入腰形孔后,将光纤插头按顺时针或逆时针方向旋转90度后即可将光源箱体壁卡入上述的卡槽中,以达到光纤插头与光源箱体的连接。这种结构经常会发生因光纤的转动而使光纤插头转动脱离光源箱体,从而造成光源发出光线射不到光纤受光端面。
为此,本实用新型的目的是针对上述光源灯箱存在的缺点,提供一种光纤插头与灯箱箱体连接可靠的可变色光源灯箱。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:该光源灯箱箱体内装置有金属卤素灯、反光碗、供电电源、滤色片、驱动电机,金卤灯置于反光碗内,供电电源接至金属卤素灯,灯箱箱体通过一光纤插头与光导纤维相接,滤色片置于金属卤素灯和光纤插头之间,驱动电机驱动滤色片旋转,其特征在于:所说的光纤插头含有光纤内套、光纤定位套、定位杆、固定座、后密封座套,光纤内套和光纤定位套前部均为直筒状,光纤内套置于光纤定位套内;光纤定位套外缘开设有定位槽,光纤定位套置于固定座内,且伸出于固定座,固定座径向与光纤定位套定位槽的相应处开设有定位孔,固定座通过定位孔中的定位杆和压簧将光纤定位套紧固;后密封座套与光纤定位套相枢接;所说灯箱箱体壁的光纤插头孔也为圆型孔。
由于本实用新型的光纤插头采用了光纤内套、光纤定位套、定位杆、固定座、后密封座套,并用定位杆将固定座、光纤定位套、光纤内套紧固,以及箱体壁上的光纤插头孔也采用与光纤插头的光纤定位套相对应的圆型孔,当光纤定位套以及光纤内套中的光纤转动时,光纤插头不会发生从光源灯箱箱体脱落的现象。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明:
图1是现有的可变色光源灯箱的光纤插头及箱体壁插头孔分介示意图。
图2是本实用新型的光纤插头结构示意图。
ZL97241773.7所公开的可变色光源灯箱箱体内装置有金属卤素灯、反光碗、供电电源、滤色片、驱动电机,金卤灯置于反光碗内,供电电源接至金属卤素灯,灯箱箱体通过一光纤插头与光导纤维相接,光导纤维穿设于光纤插头内,滤色片置于金属卤素灯和光纤插头之间,驱动电机驱动滤色片旋转。该部分与本实用新型相同。
请先参阅图1所示,这种光源灯箱的光纤插头设有一卡槽1,卡槽1的前端设有一腰形台阶11,腰形台阶11的上下面111、112均为平面,同样,光源箱体壁2上也开设有可将光纤插头插入的腰形孔,当光纤插头插入腰形孔后,将光纤插头按顺时针或逆时针方向旋转90度后即可将光源箱体壁2卡入上述的卡槽1中,以达到光纤插头与光源箱体的连接。这种结构正如前述的那样,经常会发生因光纤的转动而使光纤插头转动脱离光源箱体,从而造成光源发不出光线。
请再参阅图2所示,本实用新型所说的光纤插头含有光纤内套3、光纤定位套4、定位杆5、固定座6、后密封座套8,光纤内套3和光纤定位套4前部均为直筒状,光纤内套3置于光纤定位套4内。光纤定位套4外缘开设有定位槽41,光纤定位套4置于固定座6内,且伸出于固定座6,固定座6径向与光纤定位套4的定位槽41相应处开设有定位孔61,固定座6通过定位孔61中的定位杆5和压簧7将光纤定位套4紧固。当光纤定位套4经光源箱体壁2插入箱体后,固定座6的前端与光源箱体壁2紧紧相抵,后端与光纤定位套4紧紧相抵,随着定位杆5的拧紧作用,不管光纤9或光纤内套3如何旋转,光纤插头均不会发生与光源箱体脱落。也可以在光纤插头的固定座6与箱体壁2用紧固螺钉62紧固。后密封座套8与光纤定位套4相枢接。所说灯箱箱体壁2的光纤插头孔也为圆型孔。
另外,光纤内套3的内径可根据光纤9的粗细进行调节,光纤9粗,则光纤内套3的内径就小,反之亦然。
所说的光纤定位套4的后部内腔为一喇叭状,后密封座套8包括密封内套81和密封外套82,密封内套81置于密封外套82内,两者也以螺纹相接,密封内套81和密封外套82的后部均为倒喇叭状。密封内套81内还凸设有台阶83,在密封内套81的倒喇叭状部分设有密封圈84,密封圈84的一端与台阶83相抵。密封圈84的设置,可有效地防止雨水沿光纤流入光纤插头中,

Claims (4)

1、一种可变色光源灯箱,该光源灯箱箱体内装置有金属卤素灯、反光碗、供电电源、滤色片、驱动电机,金卤灯置于反光碗内,供电电源接至金属卤素灯,灯箱箱体通过一光纤插头与光导纤维相接,滤色片置于金属卤素灯和光纤插头之间,驱动电机驱动滤色片旋转,其特征在于:
所说的光纤插头含有光纤内套、光纤定位套、定位杆、固定座、后密封座套,光纤内套和光纤定位套前部均为直筒状,光纤内套置于光纤定位套内;
所说的光纤定位套外缘开设有定位槽,光纤定位套置于固定座内,且伸出于固定座,固定座径向与光纤定位套定位槽的相应处开设有定位孔,固定座通过定位孔中的定位杆和压簧将光纤定位套紧固;
所说的后密封座套与光纤定位套相枢接;
所说的灯箱箱体壁的光纤插头孔也为圆型孔。
2、如权利要求1所述的可变色光源灯箱,其特征在于:所说的固定座与箱体壁用紧固螺钉紧固。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的可变色光源灯箱,其特征在于:所说的光纤定位套的后部内腔为一喇叭状,所说后密封座套包括密封内套和密封外套,密封内套置于密封外套内,密封内套和密封外套的后部均为倒喇叭状。
4、如权利要求3所述的可变色光源灯箱,其特征在于:所说密封内套内还凸设有台阶,在密封内套的倒喇叭状部分设有密封圈,密封圈的一端与台阶相抵。
