Abstract

本实用新型涉及电扇摆头齿轮箱,使之箱盖开合方便。该齿轮箱盖后两侧设有相对应的倒钩,端盖板体间设有凸板,凸板上设有缺口,并供端盖与齿轮箱盖组设;倒钩嵌入该缺口中而结合定位。上述设计,拆卸时只需将两倒钩往外扳动,达到了不用工具而组装、拆卸都很方便的效果。用于齿轮箱。

电扇摆头齿轮箱盖装置
本实用新型涉及电扇摆头齿轮箱。
现有电扇摆头齿轮箱盖如图5-7所示：齿轮箱11后端有一齿轮箱盖12供穿电源线13后，由端盖14配合几个螺丝15与齿轮箱盖12固定，电源线13另端穿过端盖14后与外壳16尾端的旋钮开关17连接。这种用螺丝15盖固，在装拆、使用上极不方便，其必须使用工具才能打开与组合。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不需用工具拆装而又组装、拆卸方便的电扇摆头齿轮箱盖装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：电扇摆头齿轮箱盖装置，其于电扇齿轮箱盖尾端有端盖，端盖有与外壳旋钮开关连设的开关，旋钮开关配合自端盖两侧的板体的穿孔引出电源线，其特征是：该齿轮箱盖后两侧设有相对应的倒钩，端盖板体间设有凸板，凸板上设有缺口，并供端盖与齿轮箱盖组设；倒钩嵌入该缺口中而结合定位。
上述设计，拆卸时只需将两倒钩往外扳动，达到了不用工具而组装、拆卸都很方便的效果。

如图1-4所示：本实用新型其于电扇齿轮箱盖2尾端有端盖3，端盖3有与外壳16旋钮开关17连设的开关33，旋钮开关17配合自端盖3两侧的板体31的穿孔32引出电源线13，其特征是：该齿轮箱盖2后两侧设有相对应的倒钩26，端盖3板体31间设有凸板34，凸板34上设有缺口35，并供端盖3与齿轮箱盖2组设；倒钩26嵌入该缺口35中而结合定位。齿轮箱盖2顶端板体21上设有凸座22及嵌钩23，以组设摆头拉杆18，且藉其底部与齿轮箱11固设；而后端两侧上下分别有相对应的板体24，上有数个U形缺口25，供夹住电源13；板体24间设有一对倒钩26。端盖3前两侧设有数个板体31，板体31间设有凸板34。电源线13可利用U形缺口25置入且不会妨碍端盖3的组合或拆卸的操作。

1、电扇摆头齿轮箱盖装置，其于电扇齿轮箱盖尾端有端盖，端盖有与外壳旋钮开关连设的开关，旋钮开关配合自端盖两侧的板体的穿孔引出电源线，其特征是：该齿轮箱盖后两侧设有相对应的倒钩，端盖板体间设有凸板，凸板上设有缺口，并供端盖与齿轮箱盖组设；倒钩嵌入该缺口中而结合定位。
