Abstract

本实用新型的阻垢塔板,为带孔的塔板,其特征在于是一种复合结构,由基材层和阻垢层复合而成。塔板的全部表面均为复合结构。环氧丙烷生产过程中的皂化塔板,基材为碳钢,阻垢层是特氟隆材料。特氟隆与钢材结合力强,烧结后表面极为光洁,阻止垢附着于塔板上,耐酸、耐碱、耐温、耐溶剂,保证设备长周期稳定运行。

阻垢塔板
本实用新型涉及塔式反应器用的塔板。
塔式反应器的内置塔板是具有一定开孔率的塔板,孔可以是圆孔(筛板)或条形孔(栅板),在某些化工生产过程中,物料容易结垢,堵塞塔板,使生产无法进行。在环氧丙烷生产过程中,皂化反应阶段是氯丙醇与石灰乳反应生成环氧丙烷,所用的皂化塔的皂化塔盘是筛板或栅板,不锈钢材质。工艺要求其汽提段、反应段和浓缩段的气体穿孔速度为17.5M/S、13.7M/S、11.6M/S。虽然制造时很容易满足上述条件,但是生产过程中的钙离子、碳酸根离子和碳酸氢根离子的浓度大大超出了碳酸氢钙和碳酸钙的浓度积,极容易在塔板上结垢,虽用水冲洗也不能清除,堵塞筛孔,迫使生产无法进行,不得不进行酸洗除垢。这样不但造成了生产波动,而且浪费了大量的氯丙醇。因此,开发阻垢塔板是必需的。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种阻垢塔板,表面光洁,附着力小,保证塔板长周期稳定运行。
本实用新型的阻垢塔板,为带孔的塔板,其特征在于是一种复合结构,由基材层和阻垢层复合而成。
阻垢层要具有光洁的表面和极小的附着力,而且和基材有很强的结合力,符合使用要求。
最好是塔板的全部表面均为复合结构,即基材层与阻垢层的复合,包括塔板的上下表面、孔的表面。

该结构是环氧丙烷生产过程中的皂化塔板。基材为碳钢,阻垢层是特氟隆材料。塔板1的上下表面及孔2的表面均为复合结构,即在碳钢的表面涂复阻垢层。特氟隆已应用在日常生活用品上,制造时,对碳钢表面进行酸处理,然后涂布特氟隆,烧结而成。特氟隆与钢材结合力强,烧结后表面极为光洁,阻止垢附着于筛板上,耐酸、耐碱、耐温、耐溶剂,保证设备长周期稳定运行。
该结构由于塔板上有坚固的阻垢层,基材可由不锈钢改为碳钢,降低了成本,不需塔板冲洗水。
本实用新型的优点:
表面光洁,附着力小,阻止垢附着于塔板上,降低了成本,不需塔板冲洗水,能够保证设备长周期稳定运行。

2、根据权利要求1所述的塔板,特征在于塔板的全部表面均为复合结构。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的塔板,特征在于阻垢层是特氟隆材料层。
