Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种喷射式病区冷冻探头,其特征在于:它包括内部为中空腔的冷冻探杆,冷冻探杆的前端为面状喷头,在冷冻探杆的后部安置有手持式套杆,在冷冻探杆的后端设置有冷冻气体输入管。冷冻探杆的前端为弧形弯曲结构,其面状喷头的横截面为圆环形。由于本实用新型采用前端为圆面的空心冷冻探杆,使液态氮气直接喷射在患处,致冷效果更为有效,有利于治疗。

喷射式病区冷冻探头
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,具体的说是涉及一种用于冷冻手术治疗肺癌、肝癌等疾病的喷射式病区冷冻探头。
目前医院对肺癌冷冻手术常用液氮直接灌注法及对冷冻手术常用盘状冷冻探头接触法,这两种方法均属于表面冷冻手术方式,适于范围较小的局限性浅表肿瘤,对于范围较大的弥散性浅表肿瘤如胸膜间皮癌不适应,疗效差。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种冷冻效果更为理想、后期康复较快的喷射式病区冷冻探头。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下措施来实现:
本实用新型包括内部为中空腔的冷冻探杆,冷冻探杆的前端为面状喷头,在冷冻探杆的后部安置有手持式套杆,在冷冻探杆的后端设置有制冷气体输入管。
本实用新型所述的冷冻探杆的前端为弧形弯曲结构,其面状喷头的横截面为园环形,当然也可设计成其它合适的形状,其手持式套杆的长度应适当。
由于本实用新型采用前端为园面的空心冷冻探杆,使液态氮气等制冷气体直接喷射在患处,致冷效果更为有效,有利于治疗。

如图所示:本实用新型包括内部为中空腔的冷冻探杆1,冷冻探杆1的前端为弯曲的园面状喷头2,在冷冻探杆1的后部安置有手持式套杆3,在冷冻探杆1的后端设置有制冷气体输入管4,一般可采用液氮。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:将本实用新型的冷冻喷头置于病患处,从液氮输入管处通入冷冻氮气,使液氮直接喷射在患处,催毁肿瘤组织,这对于范围较大的弥散性浅表肿瘤尤为适用。

1、一种喷射式病区冷冻探头,其特征在于:它包括内部为中空腔的冷冻探杆(1),冷冻探杆(1)的前端为面状喷头(2),在冷冻探杆(1)的后部安置有手持式套杆(3),在冷冻探杆(1)的后端设置有制冷气体输入管(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的喷射式病区冷冻探头,其特征在于:所述的冷冻探杆(1)的前端为弧形弯曲结构,其面状喷头(2)的横截面为园环形。
