一种带按钮式保险装置的点火枪,包括枪管(1)、枪体(3)及按钮开关(2),其特征在于在枪体(3)内的按钮开关(2)之下设置有一由弹簧(7)支撑的保险按钮(4),该保险按钮(4)对着按钮开关(2)的一面设有凸柱(41),在自然状态下,按钮开关(2)受阻挡而不能被按下,而当保险按钮(4)按下时,其上的凸柱(41)与按钮开关(2)的空档处相对,此时按钮开关(2)即可被正常按下而点火。本实用新型有效地提高了点火枪的安全性能,而且其设计简单合理,操作灵活,是理想的更新换代产品。

一种带按钮式保险装置的点火枪
本实用新型涉及一种点火枪，特别是一种带保险装置的点火枪。
随着生活水平的提高和工业技术的不断发展，普通家庭中的煤气灶点火已逐渐由点火枪取代了火柴，然而现有的点火枪没有保险装置，当被儿童用来玩耍时存在着引发火警的隐患。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种带保险装置的点火枪。
本实用新型的设计方案是：带按钮式保险装置的点火枪包括枪管、枪体及按钮开关，其特征在于在枪体内的按钮开关之下设置有一由弹簧支撑的横向保险按钮，保险按钮尾部外露于枪体之外，该保险按钮对着按钮开关的一面设有凸柱，相应地按扭开关在对应处也设有凸起部位，在自然状态下，两者相对并相抵，此时按钮开关受阻挡而不能被按下，而当保险按钮按下时，其上的凸柱偏离按钮开关对应的凸起部位并与按钮开关的空档处相对，此时按钮开关即可被正常按下而点火。
本实用新型有效地提高了点火枪的安全性能，而且其设计简单合理，操作灵活，是理想的更新换代产品。

如图1所示，(1)为枪管，(2)为按钮开关，(3)为枪体，(4)为保险按钮，(5)为出气阀，(6)为压电器，(7)为弹簧，(8)为挑板：在按钮开关(2)之下设置有由弹簧(7)支撑的保险按钮(4)，保险按钮(4)尾部外露于枪体(3)之外，该保险按钮(4)对着按钮开关(2)的一面设有凸柱(41)，相应地按扭开关(2)在对应处也设有凸起部位(21)，该凸起部位(21)可以是一凸柱，也可以是一个凸边或其他形式，在自然状态下，两者相对并相抵，此时按钮开关(2)受阻挡而不能被按下，如图2所示；而当保险按钮(4)按下时，其上的凸柱(41)偏离按钮开关(2)对应的凸起部位(21)并与按钮开关(2)的空档处相对，如图3所示，此时按钮开关(2)即可被正常按下而点火；点火结束，松开按钮开关(2)及保险按钮(4)，保险按钮(4)即在弹簧(7)的作用下复位，再次恢复成保险状态。

1.一种带按钮式保险装置的点火枪，包括枪管(1)、枪体(3)及按钮开关(2)，其特征在于在枪体(3)内的按钮开关(2)之下设置有一由弹簧(7)支撑的保险按钮(4)，保险按钮(4)尾部外露于枪体(3)之外，该保险按钮(4)对着按钮开关(2)的一面设有凸柱(41)，相应地按扭开关(2)在对应处也设有凸起部位(21)，在自然状态下，两者相对并相抵，此时按钮开关(2)受阻挡而不能被按下，而当保险按钮(4)按下时，其上的凸柱(41)偏离按钮开关(2)对应的凸起部位(21)并与按钮开关(2)的空档处相对，此时按钮开关(2)即可被正常按下而点火。
