Description
本实用新型涉及一种推拉门上使用的滑轮。
目前推拉门上使用的滑轮或者采用不锈钢轴承使得价格昂贵，或者采用铁轴承必然会生锈使得外观难看。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种价格较低且外观美观的推拉门滑轮。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样的；推拉门滑轮由轴承外表面套接凹形外套和平面外套得到，轴承的外圆柱面和一个侧面被凹形外套盖住，轴承的另一测面被平面外套盖住，凹形外套和平面外套固定连接。
由于上述技术解决方案中推拉门滑轮由内层的轴承和外层的凹形外套和平面外套组台而成，当轴承选用价格便宜的铁轴承而凹形外套和平面外套选用美观的不锈钢，则所得到的推拉门滑轮具有价格低且外观美的优点。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。

图2为图1所示推拉门滑轮在组装前的状态图。
其中：1凹形外套；2.轴承；3.平面外套。
如图1所示，推拉门滑轮由轴承2外表面套接凹形外套1和平面外套3得到，轴承2的外圆柱面和一个侧面被凹形外套1盖住，轴承2的另一侧面被平面外套3盖住。图2所示为推拉门滑轮主要三个构成部件在组装前的状态，该三个构成部件经挤压加工后成为如图1所示的一个整体，轴承2被凹形外套1和平面外套3包在中央，凹形外套1靠近平面外套3的边缘被挤压向内弯曲扣住平面外套3，使平面外套确定在该位置不能脱出。

1.一种推拉门滑轮，其特征在于：推拉门滑轮由轴承(2)外表面套接凹形外套(1)和平面外套(3)得到，轴承(2)的外圆柱面和一个侧面被凹形外套(1)盖住，轴承(2)的另一侧面被平面外套(3)盖住，凹形外套(1)和平面外套(3)固定连接。
