本实用新型涉及机体与机件的组合连接锁紧装置特别适合于吸油烟机的前罩和机体的结合锁紧装置。
深型吸油烟机的前罩和机体的结合锁紧，在市场上应用的形式多种多样，有螺钉穿孔固紧的；有用开口插入后用螺钉固紧的。前者可靠而装卸麻烦。后者不是很可靠，一旦螺钉未拧紧时很有可能松动而脱出发生事故。帅康的“弹簧钮扣卡”锁紧装置虽灵活方便可靠，但拆卸时容易失落。
针对上述存在的问题和缺点，本实用新型的目的是：提供一种结构简单、安全可靠、实用方便、不需要任何工具，可一人操作能使机件方便可靠连结或拆卸的弹簧自锁活动扣装置。
本实用型由活动锁板(1)、塑料平垫(2)、弹簧(3)、螺钉(4)、轴套(5)、卡板(6)、固定板(7)组成，其特征在于塑料平垫(2)、弹簧(3)套在轴套(5)上，并一同套到螺钉(4)上和活动锁板(1)一起安装在设有凸头的固定板(7)上，固定板(7)焊接在机体上，带有圆孔的卡板(6)焊接在另一机件上。
本实用新型弹簧自锁活动扣装置的优点：一、结构简单，定位正确；二、具有自锁功能，安全可靠；三、实用方便，不需要任何工具只要一人操作就完成。四、是适用性广，适用于一般机构件的结合锁紧。

下面对本实用新型弹簧自锁活动扣装置的安装与使用过程作进一步说明：一、安装时：先将塑料平垫(2)、弹簧(3)套在轴套(5)上，并一同套到螺钉(4)上和活动锁板(1)一起安装在设有凸头的固定板(7)上，固定板(7)焊接在机体上。带有圆孔的卡板(6)焊接在前罩上。二、使用时：只要把前罩对准机体的定位挂钩并放正后轻轻一压，卡板(6)圆孔即套住固定板(7)凸头，然后将活动锁板(1)向下一拉，即可锁紧，位置正确无误，安全可靠。拆卸时：只须将活动锁板(1)向上推，前罩和机体就自然脱开(而活动锁板有自锁功能，不会往下自行滑动)，再把前罩向前提，即可将前罩拆卸。操作时省力省时，灵活方便，是一种较理想的机体与机件组合锁紧装置。
