Abstract

一种柔性电热膜,在聚氨酯膜上贴覆电热膜,电热膜上贴覆聚氨酯膜。该柔性电热膜柔软性好,且电热膜两侧有聚氨酯膜可防水,并保护电热膜在弯曲、轻度揉搓,甚至折叠也不断裂。在通电加温的使用状态下弯曲,亦不影响其使用功能。

一种柔性电热膜
本实用新型涉及电热膜,特别是一种柔性的电热膜。
硬性电热膜只能涂覆在玻璃、陶瓷器皿上制成电热器具,而不能附着于柔软物上。现有一种柔性电热膜,是用硅胶、丁睛胶中掺入石墨、碳黑类导电体制成,其具有一定的柔软性,可用于制成电热毯、垫等保暖物。但因材质及工艺等方面的原因,此种电热膜的厚度不能小于0.5mm,致使其柔软性偏差,若折叠极易断裂。另外,其耐水性差,若电热膜表面有水,则可影响正常工作。
本实用新型之目的是给出一种柔软性好,可折叠,不怕水的柔性电热膜。
本实用新型所述的柔性电热膜,在聚胺脂膜基片上贴覆电热膜,电热膜上贴覆聚胺脂膜,基片边缘的局部涂覆金属膜与电热膜连接为接线电极。
所述的柔性电热膜是两层聚胺脂膜之间夹有一层电热膜,虽然电热膜本身的柔韧性并不太好,但紧密粘附在电热膜两侧的聚胺脂膜的柔韧性极好,且即使弯曲、轻度揉搓,中间层的电热膜在两侧紧贴的聚胺脂膜的保护下也不会断裂。该柔性电热膜的制成品厚度可在0.3mm左右。经试验,将所述柔性电热膜对折压平后再展开,中间层的电热膜仍不断裂。另外,由于电热膜两侧的聚胺脂膜隔水性能好,致使整个柔性电热膜不怕水,可将其直接置于水中并通电对水加热。所述的柔性电热膜柔软性好,不怕水可为其带来广泛的应用。如将柔性电热膜制在衣物的夹层中,其柔软,不妨碍人身动作,其不怕水不怕揉,可随同衣物一起置于洗衣机内洗涤。

聚胺脂胺膜为基片1,基片1上贴覆电热膜2,电热膜2上贴覆聚胺脂膜1。基片1边缘局部涂覆金属膜3与电热膜2连接为接线电极3a。

1.一种柔性电热膜,其特征在于,在聚胺脂膜基片(1)上贴覆电热膜(2),电热膜(2)上贴覆聚胺脂膜(1),基片(1)边缘的局部涂覆金属膜(3)与电热膜(2)连接为接线电极(3a)。
