本实用新型属于一种延时全启动拉线开关,包括壳体动接触片,动接触接线柱,静接触片,静接触接线柱,拉线刀顶尖,复位弹簧,短路弹簧片,进接线柱,电阻或二极管等。其中短路弹簧片与电阻或二极管关联,拉线刀拉下时弹簧片弹起,电阻串入电路,拉线刀复位时电阻被短路。本实用新型有防止冲激电流,保护电灯,使用方便,成本低的优点。

延时全启动开关
本实用新型属于民用电源照明灯开关。
目前市场上拉线开关有很大销售量,但它也有很大的缺点:很容易烧毁白炽灯。
我们都知道大多数金属都是低温时电阻率小,高温时电阻率大,灯丝也不例外。白炽灯的功率设计是以白炽状态(正常工作状态)为标准的。普通拉线开关只要一接通则是全压加在灯丝两端,由于启动前,灯丝是低温的,电阻小,所以会形成很大的冲激电流。开关次数多了就会烧毁电灯。尤其是在冬季寒冷地方,或者湿度大的地方,例如路灯,浴池灯等,就不能任意开关,造成浪费,否则会因温差大,电流大烧坏电灯。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述的现有技术的不足,提供一种无需很大改动,便于生产,成本低且能避免冲激电流的延时全启动开关。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:这种延时全启动开关包括:壳体(1),出线孔(2),静接线柱(3),静接触片(4),螺钉孔(5),动接片(6),动接线柱(7),电阻(8),短路弹簧片(9),进接线柱(10),复位弹簧(11),进线孔(12),拉线刀(13),通断转换轮(14),拉线孔(15),拉线刀顶尖(16)等,其中短路弹簧片(9)与电阻或二极管(8)并联,拉线刀(13)复位时,拉线刀上的顶尖压迫短路弹簧片(9),使之与动接触片(6)接处,此时电阻或二极管(8)处于短路状态,当接线刀(13)被拉下时短路弹簧片(9)弹起,离开动接片(6),此时电阻或二极管(8)串入电路起到分压限流作用。

使用本实用新型时:用手拉下拉线,短路弹簧片(9)弹起,电阴或二极管(8)串入,因此电流较小,松手后由于复位弹簧(11)的作用使拉线刀(13)复位,拉线刀顶尖(16)压下短路弹簧片(9),电阻或二极管(8)被短路,电灯在额定状态下工作。使用者可根据外界环境情况决定松手时间,从而控制电灯预热时间。

1.一种延时全启动开关,包括壳体(1)、动接触片(6)、动接线柱(7)、静接触片(4)、静接线柱(3)、电阻或二极管(8)、短路弹簧片(9)、进线接线柱(10)、复位弹簧(11)、拉线刀(13)、拉线刀顶尖(16)等,其特征在于:进线首先与进线接线柱(10)相接,短路弹簧片(9)与电阻(8)并联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的延时全启动开关其特征在于:拉线刀(13)被拉下时,拉线刀顶尖(16)离开短路弹簧片(9),短路弱簧片(9)弹起离开动接触片(6),电阻(8)串入电路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的延时全启动开关其特征在于:拉线刀(13)复位时,拉线刀顶尖(16)压迫短路弹簧片(9)使其与动接触片(6)接触,电阻(8)被短路。
