尼龙拉链因其加工容易、结构紧凑，牢固可靠的特点，倍受人们的厚爱。然而，尼龙拉链自身被固定在织物上时，依靠的是缝线将尼龙拉链固定在织物上，当使用拉链时，拉链的滑块从拉链的表面滑来滑去，这样，滑块的移动就在拉链与缝线的表面移动，无形中造成了缝线的磨损，久而久之，缝线被磨断，造成拉链与织物的分离，给使用者带来诸多的不便。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处，而提供一种表面带沟槽的尼龙拉链。

当将拉链2及滑块1固定在织物3上时，用缝线4将拉链2固定在织物3上，因缝线4在缝织过程中落入在拉链2表面的沟槽21内，故当滑块1在拉链2上移动时，滑块1不会接触到缝线4，提高了拉链2的使用寿命。
