一种新型圣诞灯涉及圣诞灯的改进。
现有的圣诞灯(见图1)是由灯泡或发光二极管(1)、多层热缩套管(2、3、4)、导线(5)组成,其中热缩套管主要作用是进行绝缘密封。其结构单一,密封绝缘性不好,至少需二至三层才能达到密封绝缘的效果,使用寿命不长,造型单调,不美观。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的圣诞灯,其绝缘密封性能强,灯泡或发光二极管定位好,且能设计成独特多样造型,达到更好的装饰作用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案在于,一种新型的圣诞灯(见图2)由灯泡或发光二极管、注塑层、导线组成,其特征是,通过注塑新工艺代替以前的多层热缩套管。
前述的一种新型圣诞灯的注塑层可设计成独特多样的造型。
前述的一种新型圣诞灯的注塑层两侧下部有凹凸筋。
本实用新型的优点和效果是:密封、绝缘性强,定位性好,防水、美观、造型多样化、安全、耐用。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
图2为本实用新型示意图。
根据图2所示,一种新型圣诞灯由灯泡或发光二极管(1)、注塑层(2)、导线(3)组成,在灯泡或发光二极管(1)处经过注塑形成注塑层(2),注塑层(2)两侧靠近导线(3)处有凹凸筋(4)可抗弯折。

1.一种新型圣诞灯由灯泡或发光二极管、注塑层、导线组成,其特征在于,注塑层包覆在灯泡或发光二极管外层及导线与灯泡或发光二极管的连接部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型圣诞灯,其特征是,导线与灯泡或发光二极管的连接部位的注塑层上有凹凸筋。
