Abstract

本实用新型属于一种健身器材。
现有健身器材种类很多，有些功能较多而价格昂贵，使用时还需专用场地，有的价格便宜而功能单一，难以达到健身的满意效果。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简单易用、适于各种人员使用的价格较低的健身器材。
本实用新型所提供的健身器材是一种健身拍，包括拍框(1)和与拍框(1)连成一体的拍把(3)，拍框(1)内设置数个椭圆形柱体(2)，它们依靠纵向穿过其内部而两端固定在拍框(1)上的金属棒(4)而置于拍框内，椭圆形柱体(2)与金属棒(4)之间可以相对转动。
为使本实用新型具有更好的健身效果，其椭圆形柱体(2)可以用具有弹性的橡塑材料制作。
本实用新型简单易用，不受场地限制，价格较低。使用时只要手握拍把，用具有弹性的椭圆形柱体(2)拍击身体，受拍击的体表局部组织产生变形，促使体液从高压区流向低压区，毛细血管内外物质交流增强，促进机体新陈代谢，同时还能刺激表皮交感神经，使其兴奋，明显调节神经系统功能，可以有效调整人的精神状态，解除紧张、疲劳，获得舒适感，有效地促进人体健康。
图1是本实用新型的示意图，图中1为拍框，2为椭圆形柱体，3为拍把，4为金属棒。
本实用新型的拍框(1)和拍把(3)用金属材料制作，椭圆形柱体(2)用椽塑材料制作，在把纵向穿过椭圆形柱体(2)的金属棒(4)的两端固定在拍框(1)上以后，再在拍框(1)和拍把(3)的表面压敷橡塑材料，便制成了本实用新型。

1、一种健身拍，包括拍框和与拍框连成一体的拍把，其特征在于拍框内设置数个椭圆形柱体，它们依靠纵向穿过其内部而两端固定在拍框上的金属棒而置于拍框内，椭圆形柱体与金属棒之间可以相对转动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的健身拍，其特征在于置于拍框内的椭圆形柱体用具有弹性的橡塑材料制作。
