本实用新型涉及一种电源插座。
目前,普通的电源插座多是利用触片自身的形状所产生的弹性来实现夹紧插头的,但因为电流的热效应和插头多次插拨会破坏触片的弹性,而使插座与插头之间无法夹紧,造成接触不良而影响插座的使用效果。中国实用新型专利公开了《长寿命电源插座》,专利号为87212413,它采用在触片之间加设铜性弹力弹簧圈,在弹簧圈与触片之间加设绝缘片,这使整个插座的体积变大,如果在弹簧圈与触片之间的绝缘片存在质量问题或滑脱时,就容易出现短路现象,当在一定的时期后弹簧圈容易失效而使插头、插座接触性能下降。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种接触性能好、安全可靠的电源插座。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的电源插座由底座、触片、上盖组成,在每个触片与底座之间设有热敏双金属片,触片被夹在热敏双金属片中间。
采用这样的结构后,由于在每个触片与底座之间设有热敏双金属片,被触片夹在热敏双金属中间,就可在插头插入插座后,导通电流后,在电流热效应作用下,热敏双金属片受热变形,使两触片夹紧插座上的触片,使得插头与插座具有良好的接触性能,从而达到了接触性能好、安全可靠的效果。
图1为本实用新型的电源插座具体的一种实施方案的结构示意图。
如图1所示的本实用新型的电源插座由底座1、触片2、上盖3组成,在每个触片2与底座之间设有热敏双金属片4,触片2被夹在热敏双金属片中间。在使用中,当插头5插在插座上时,即通电时,热敏双金属片4在电流热效应作用下受热变形,夹紧在它中间的触片2,使插冰5与插座触片2具有良好的接触性能,从而达到了结构简单、接触性好、延长使用寿命的效果。
